The team was very welcoming and professional. The sales girl was very knowledgeable and got to the point of what we needed. The manager was sooo welcoming and inspired leadership. I believe there was a credit manager and even he came out to present himself and get to know us. Thank you all for being there when we most needed you all. Go Buddys.

Most of the experience was positive..the customer service reps in the store were attentive helpful and knew their jobs..the delivery was set up for a window of noon to 4pm.. we were anxious to get the computer and waited on pins and needles for it to arrive..the delivery people did not arrive until about 4:30 this detracted from what would have been 5 star service.
