The experience was wonderful. The moment I entered, I was greeted. The sales manager, came to me asked me if I needed anything to let her know. Being first time buying these shoes, she helped allot. Would recommended.

If you come to this location see if Clyde is working. He helped me figure out what size I was with the foot measuring tool and was nice and friendly. Store has a lot of popular brands I wanted to try on and check out style wise. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I went late one night around 2 hours before the store closed and no one seemed interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Glad I went back though and Clyde helped me get setup.

First I would like to say, it a beautiful store and very well kept up with and clean and organized. But, that’s where the good experience ends. The customer service needs some big help. No one greeted us, no one checked on us for over 20 minutes. There were 3 employees and 2 customers for about 10 minutes then just me. I approached an employee for a question and was told to ask someone another employee and pointed to the other employee. That other employee did assist. Check out was very quiet and felt like I was a bother. Employee only said thank you after I said thanks. Will not be back to this location and really hope this is not the norm. Such a nice store.

They have a great selection. Their prices are a little on the high side and I do wish that the staff was a little more familiar with the western wear brands. If you're looking for a good hat, closing or boots you'll definitely have a good selection.
