Absolutely dislike boost, but have no choice to use them due to our location (only Verizon n boost service this area)..... Was trying to get my account number and the verification process was a nightmare, ended up not being able to successfully"get verified" got locked out of my account, after 4 calls was finally able to get back into account n get verified and get the account number, unfortunately by then it was too late, had to purchase phone/service from another company just so my son would have a phone. ? Very dissatisfied.

Monday at night I went to this store to buy a sim card for a phone and the person that was working at night told me that my phone is not compatible with boost mobile, next day I went to ather store and bought the sim card and activated the phone. Seems like she doesn't want to sale only a sim card or may need a new training
