Door says they close at 5pm on Sundays. Guy inside waves that they are closed at 4pm and shrugs his shoulders when I point to the business hours sign on the door that says 5pm. Was going to switch 3 lines to them, but Boost lost my business for this. Very unprofessional store.

I just have to say that the representative at this location was a wonderful person who gave me his full attention and treated me like a customer and help me with all my needs I recommend everyone to come to this store and speak to this representative God bless him and thank you for all your help

I went there and they told me my phone needs an upgraded sim card without even checking. They installed my sim card and my 1 year old phone stopped working. Later they told me it wasn't eligible for an upgrade and no longer works. I would need to buy a new phone. I need a new phone because they broke mine. Avoid this place at all cost. Boost will give you the run around with customer service if you can get a hold of a real person online. I've been with boost since 2015, and because of this store, I'm never working with them again.

I told the guy the day before that I would be in 12 and I only couple minutes. If I could possibly make an appointment with him agreed because he knew how it is to have a short
the next day I met with him he took care of me right away and I still had 5 minutes to get some thank you for doing that for me

Visited boost mobile to ask a question, and was greeted by Mr. Miguel, professional and kind person. He answered all my questions, and I left the store purchasing a new cell phone which I’m very happy with it. The entire staff at boost mobile are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place to everyone. You will not regret becoming a customer at Boost Mobile. Sincerely Mr. Knox.

Worst phone service ever. Drops calls. Closes out apps I'm on. When texting someone phone closes out and goes back to home screen. Boyfriend has same problem. Not good internet connection. Phone even can be sitting on counter and google starts talking.
