Customer service was great. I had an appointment and did not have to wait. Even though they could not solve my problem, they explained everything very thoroughly. Jose was wonderful at the location on Oceola Parkway Kissimmee. He was very polite, courteous and helpful. The five stars go to him.

I've been shopping at this BJ's for almost two years. There are items here that keep me coming back. Unfortunately due to covid, the stock is unreliable. I hope things get better soon.

Bj's has what you need! Great value and good quality. The store is clean, organized, & plentiful. You can buys clothes, cleaning supplies, toiletries, & food. Only go if you need a lot of something because "bulk" is the only way Bj's operates.
