Today I went to get gas. The sign in front of the gas station said 3.01. You get to the pump and it is 3.16! Then I buy a pack of 48 Snickers and when I count them, there are only 46! What is going on in the Kissimmee store???

They will never honor any special promo that you will avail for a specific period. I tried joining twice but I never received any credit on my BJ's account. Worse, if you inquire it online, their customer representatives will just give you the run around.

My review to BJ’s, I’ve had the most terrible dealing with DoorDash every time I do a home delivery they never get it right they’re very rude. They are unprofessional and I don’t understand why you need to use DoorDash when you can hire people that need jobs here instead of using a company that is useless and doesn’t give anything but stress to people, I have a lot of family members and friends that had the same issues and we are all considering dropping BJ’s and going to Costco‘s. I’m pretty sure you have gotten Google reviews about this. This is getting ridiculous orders not right I just can’t say enough about DoorDash we all ask you to please consider hiring your own people to do your job for you at least you know it will get done right I made an order today for only them to have to come back twice and charge me 1499 twice are you kidding me for their mistake and you let this happen maybe you should go back and think about this because if they’re willing to rip off your customers what are they doing to you?

It seems that items are missing from deliveries, drivers are rude and just a bad experience with them. Maybe you can check into the amount of complaints regarding orders being wrong, thankyou

This place is horrible super understaffed, if it wasn’t for that Cashier girl Achanti, I would’ve cancelled my membership, I waited for an hour because she was the only cashier. They need to hire more employees that work.

Tire center- poor communication. I asked for them to call once vehicle was done and no call was ever made. I called the store 5 times, each time phone rang and rang until someone answered and then hung up. When I got to the store I asked when was the car ready and they told me at 1:30pm. I went to pick up my car at 4:30pm. They were not busy and they had no cars in the bay being worked on. Piss poor communication and poor accountability. They’re quick to take your money and give you no customer service. Car was sitting there for 3 hours and they had no intentions of calling to pick it up.

This BJ’s has horrible customer service! I made an online delivery order because I was sick. They took the money from my account but I never received my groceries!! I called customer service for four hours and no one answered! One time I called and someone hung up on me! DO NOT use them for delivery orders!!

Can’t even answer the phone! They hung 5 times, every department. I had one question about a membership before I went in.
Update as I’m typing this!! They answered and just have me on the phone listening to the background noises. Meat department, member services, every department! What the heck sense does it make to have a phone number listed because they don’t answer!
