I can never understand why it’s so difficult for BJs to keep up with replacing the hold-open clips on the pump handles. They did such a wonderful job renovating all of the machines, yet this mild inconvenience persists without even a glimpse of effort to maintain and replace. Come on BJs, can’t you buy those clips in bulk??

I use their service because the low prices and promotions in gas but sadly this gas station is terrible. Where it is located it has very limited space for cars to wait while others pump the gas causing long lines and extremely rude people cutting off others to get to the front when many have been waiting in line for over 20 mins. My only suggestion would be that they close one of the entrances to control the traffic and an extra employee to guide it. I fear that one day an accident will happen because someone lose their temper and take matters into their hands. There are ways to fix this, I'm not sure why nothing has been done for years. Whether I dislike the situation or not, if I am in the area and the prices are lower than the average price; I'll still pump gas just to save money.
