I called Best Choice for my whirlpool
Refrigerator because my water and ice stop working and the time frame was 10-12 and I received a text around 9:15 saying tech was on his way he was early and was gone within the our, hey he didn't speak English but he had and app on his phone and Moses was great I would definitely recommend them thanks so very much.

I was a bit skeptical about calling this company because they had a few awful reviews, but I decided to give them a try, and so far all has been great. From the communication to the technicians it has been a fast and pleasant experience. Thank you Best Choice, I'm very satisfied with everything. ??

Maria was very polite and helpful answered my questions. The delivery was on time, the delivery men were efficient, explained everything to me.

Nothing short of fraud with these people. I was having issues with my dishwasher, and to schedule them coming to look at it, they charged $65 up front. Two workmen show up, I tell them what’s wrong, and they say “oh yeah that’s an easy fix we just need to order a part”; they never troubleshoot anything, never open their toolbar, here less than two minutes and leave, saying they’ll email me with the part cost.
Big surprise I never hear from them again, so $65 well stolen…I mean “spent”. Ended up calling a different company to fix it, and big surprise, they actually took part of the machine apart and found it was something else entirely that they were able to fix on the spot. The part “Best” Choice said I needed? It was fine.
In other words, these people are either thieves, lazy, incompetent, or a mix.

Garbage appliances. They will keep swapping out faulty equipment until your warranty expires and you are left with garbage. Do not recommend. Stay away and just buy new and save yourself months of nightmares and issues.
