I have personally been trusted them with my Dodge Ram. They have replaced my A/C, Tires, Sensors, Leaks, etc.

they cost me to lose my car because they don’t know how to properly diagnose a car. The first go around. i told them i was sure the head gasket was going out but they didn’t listen and tried charging me for an entire new invoice as if i didn’t tell them in the beginning that was the issue

I own a dealership based out of Ga and tried Benjie Auto since they came highly recommended by a family member and I’m glad I did. I had my transmission replaced while on vacation not only was the price $3500 lower than what another shop quoted me, I got my car back in two days. I would highly recommend this shop. The customer service & work is great and the prices are even better!

I took my SUV to them because my regular mechanic was not available he actually referred me to Benji. Benji & his wife seem to be very nice ppl. My truck was there for about 3wks because of car shield, there was a lot of phone tag with them & car shield. they were giving the shop a very hard time covering the cost of the needed repairs. With all of that said, when I did get my truck back I discovered that my truck had been being used by whoever they had working on my car. When I took my car there I had originally had a full tank of gas & when I got it back there was no gas left, I also found a till enforcement notice on the floor in the back seat that belonged to one of their employees. They also broke the key remote for my car & my 3rd row back seat was pushed down where I had extra fluids buckled in & had been spilled out all over my seats & floor. There was no reason for my seats to have been pushed down because there were no large parts needed for my repairs. I also found several used dirty shop rags inside my car. When I called asked his wife about all of that she tried to blame the previous shop but my truck had only been at that shop for a few days. & I've left my vehicles there before for other work to be done & never had anything like this happen to my truck before. I will say that they did do a good job on the oil leak they fixed. It's too bad that I can't give them a better rating. But I don't trust that place at all. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to use this shop.

Not the way I wanted to start business with a company. It's been a while since I owned a used vehicle, I came across a great deal of a car that I always wanted. With the car been an older vehicle it requires some maintenace before I can properly drive it, So I went and got all the basic parts it neeeded to get it operational to my comfort and liking, I did research and came across Benji Auto Repair, I'm big on looking at reviews and saw this place had great reviews. I made it to the shop and spoke with the owner Benji, super nice guy BTW, told him what I wanted to get done on the vehicle and asked him when was a good time for him to knock this down. He looked at his schedule book and told me to bring the car in on Wednesday to have the job done, took the car early morning and gave him the keys along with the parts I purchased. I went to my office and came back on the same day since I never even received a follow up call to see how far they were in it, just to find out the car was sitting at the same spot I left it. He apologized and said he run out of time doing a vehicle and he for sure was going to do so tomorrow since he wanted to look at the car himself, I told him that I was ok with that and went home. Next day same story, no phone call, no update, waited until 3PM, I decided to go down there but my attituded now was different because something told me my car was not been worked on again. I drove my truck to the backside of the shop just to find out my car was just sitting there with all the parts on the passenger side. At the point I got down and told the owner just to hand me my vehicle. To me this is not a bad place since it has great reviews, and I'm not going to sit here and burn the place, however, I wished the owner would have had more consideration and at least follow up with a call or text and said hey, there a situation with an ambulance that came last minute and I will do your vehicle after, I work for very serious company and when we're not able to deliver on time emails and calls are always offer to the customer so they know their items are coming. Communication is big key factor when it comes to custmer service. Think for one sec if you were sitting on a table at a restaurant, and the waiter just went buy and ignore you, versus even if the waiter was busy coming to the table and just offering water and bread you will be much calmer than just been ignore. Benji seems like great guy, however next time maybe communicate to the customer if you know you won't be able to get to them on time. other than that, I got nothing else to say. I know Mr. Benji offered his apologies and wanted me to leave the car but I wasn't feeling it anymore. It make me think my car was just going to be on hold like other shops do. Maybe is not was going to happen, but it was my feeling. God bless Benji and his shop. Thank you.

This family owned business is the best out there, this is a very clean and safe, fun environment. The owner Benjie is a very honest and he’s good at his job and the other owner Sasha is very nice so that’s why I recommend this place if u want a perfect job on your car. 5 stars from me

Me and my children are new to Kissimmee and was looking for a mechanic for my 2022 Range Rover . I came to Benji Auto Repair and from start to finish automatically felt confident my vehicle was in good hands . Family owned and shop / waiting room is super clean !! Defiantly found my to go mechanic

They took longer than expected, charged extra $47.50 to replace hoses in the rack and piñon which they had charged already $437 for the installation. In top of that, they left a mess of power steering fluid, I asked them to clean it but they got water all over the sensors and discoloration of valve cover and other parts. It took three attempts to clear the sensor problem.

My own experience with Benjie Auto has been phenomenal! The power steering pump on my 2002 Mercedes Benz SLK 320 was in need of replacement (or so I thought), because Benji saved me money on an unnecessary part purchased. He knows engines and truly every aspect of car mechanics. Yes, I recommend him because some people have natural GOD given talent and his work is proven.
