I went a couple days ago and Yasiris took great care of me. She was very professional and kind, she explain in detail how the cash advance works and help me find all the documents I need it. The store was very clean. I would definitely will be coming back to this store in the future.

If i could i would give 0 stars no professionalism yelling across the sitting in the back to the window. Talking between each other like if that’s a brunch or something when you just want to be in and out. Ghetto personal. Sad what Kissimmee has turn into.

Very disappointed I felt like an inconvenience when I provided the required documents I brought my ID my bank statement and my recent paystub. Then the rep yajaira asked if I had another paystub I told her this is the most recent paystub I get paid weekly and I have been working for my employer for 15 years why do I need proof of another paystub when the one I brought in was the recent one. Very upset

This opinion goes to Amscot. The John Young are friendly but they are not trained in Western Union transactions. They are a disaster. They do not use appropriate communication.
