If you are going to make a money transfer here and are going to pay cash, be very careful, you counted the money in front of your monitor where you could barely see the count and ended up missing 100 dollars with Hernando. Afterwards, the supervisor came to my complaint and said she looked like a beast, speaking loudly, ugly, she barely let me speak and just told me to complain, here's the phone number.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ALERT! This AMSCOT has been around for years and the experience has always been pleasant until a manager by the name of Elysa (not sure how her name is spelled) WAS running the show. Fast forward to 2024 she is no longer working at this AMSCOT. AMSCOT needs people, without them, they have no business model. She had ruined the experience for years at this particular location but the new manager Nika and her associate Bri are all smiles and ready to assist and engage with customers! What a surprise to see warm smiles and caring associates! Kudos to AMSCOT for listening to their guest and putting the right people in place with the most positive attitudes!

If your sending money western union, make sure the receiver can receive the money if not after refund go to different locations save your self trouble they will not send it to a different receiver name.

Went there tonight. Employee was very rude. Apparently you cannot buy rolls of quarters at Amscot anymore! News to me! I'm never go there again.

I’m glad I got my loanI’m glad I got my loan. Thank you.. but the employees there are not very friendly. It was my second time there. And I waited in line for a half hour. I didn’t know the rules. People kept skipping me. They didn’t say next. Or acknowledge me. People skills would be great for this location. A friendly hi or we will be with you shortly.. or even a next would have been much Appreciated

The worst service I have ever seen specially the Agent Sandra who works in the Amscot at John young and 192 who hold me for 15 min then took somebody else who just come in and then told me to go to an open window when I was already in one.... Good job Amscot for hire incompetent people
