Great experience at American Best! Mariel chatted with during check out and was beyond pleasant. Brittney, the a manager greeted us with a sweet welcoming. The entire staff was awesome, Aya, Jessica, the optometrist Guldah Kilic. Great experience, definitely returning here!

Not a good customer service super rude. Make an appointment at 2:20 came early and she told me the doctors don’t get there until 2:30 if the get there at that time. She send me to go shopping. Learn to treat people that you want to be treated

I am from Miami, my glasses were damaged, I took them to the store located in SUNRISE CITY PLAZA, and my wife and I were amazed by the cordial, professional and respectful treatment of KARLA and BRITTANY. We called Custome Servises to publicize the good work of the place, and not even the names were noted. THANK YOU AMERICAN BEST for having employees like KARLA AND BRITTANY.

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. After the exam, once the glasses were ready, I had to bring the reading ones back in a few times for visual adjustment. Both Brittany & Navely were very pleasant in the process of helping me do so. Now, after some tweaks, the visual is just right. Had to bring my distance glasses in recently to tighten the lens & Brittany & Mariel were happy to do so & did a great job in the process. Karla, Jessica, Selina & Dr K are great too. I really enjoy this location & feel like if there's an issue in the future, I can return with no worries @ all.

The receptionist Karla was really nice and welcoming, Mariel helped replace my broken glasses, she took the time to explain everything and even adjusted the glasses perfectly so they don’t fall off my head. Everyone at this location was helpful and very friendly.

Amazing customer service, Brittany, Karla, Aya, Mariel, Yavely, the doctor, and Jessica all did an amazing job. I will be coming here for my next appointment and the next time I want contacts and glasses. Incredible place!

giving 2 stars since some of the staff have been pretty nice but i gave it low because this is the 2nd time i wasnt notified my glasses were ready, last year when i did my eye exam i never got notified and they sat there, and then again today i decided to call and check and found out they were there 4 days ago, no call or text, you guys really need a better system ive been waiting on those glasses

I've been using America's best for about 10 years. I've had great eye exams, reasonably priced. BUT I have never received better, more concerned, more professional service as I have from Brittany! She found the error in my lenses that was keeping me from seeing ? % correctly. She worked with me to ensure that everything was correct and was very patient and professional in dealing with me. Highly recommend the brand but most of all Brittney.

I am a “customer” in this place, I have had eye check-ups and bought glasses, but the 4 times I have come they make me waste a lot of time… The secretaries do not give you the correct information and when you arrive they give you surprises. This 4th time I came they gave me incorrect information on prices and I wasted my time and gas to hear such surprises (they have to improve that)

The doctor and staff here are phenomenal. Even if my insurance wasn't accepted, I would gladly pay out of pocket to receive their care. The treatment I received for my serious eye issue was exceptional. The doctor's compassion, understanding, and intelligence, along with the courteousness of the staff, are truly remarkable. I highly recommend this practice.

The ladies at ABC & E here on Poicoina are fantastic. Brought in my sons broken frames and Brittany was able to fix them - FREE.OF.CHARGE. Great customer service, great attitudes and great people. Give them a look next time you're in or around the Bay Lake area. You won't regret it.
