They chipped my tv stand on the edge, charged $100 dollars for truck fee that they didn't even use. Took our phones out of our hands pressed 5 stars. Definatly not 5 star

Never use this moving company. It has been a month since we moved in with no resolution on our multiple pieces of broken furniture reimbursement (yes, we did purchase the insurance). The move should have only taken half a day at most and took a total of 10 hours, which we were charged overtime for. The quote was completely different than our final price due to hidden fees of using materials, fuel, etc. The movers took their time, were on their phones, and stopped for food on our time. We only moved about 15 mins down the road and they took 45 mins to get to the new place. When I called the office they gave us only 10% refund for “approximately two hours free.” When I tried to contact a corporate office the phone number disconnected. I have never had a worse moving experience and I’ve moved many times. This place is a scam and will take every additional penny you have on top of already expensive moving fees.

In brief, quote NOT accurate in the slighest, they will work slower to meet their bottom line and increase the total charge, and they are very carless with your furniture, lots of minor damage. Would NOT consider or recommend their service.Used movers only twice now in my life. Both to move from a 1Bdrm to 1Bedrm within a 2 mile radius. First mover was able to move me in 2.5 hours and was accurate to quote (~$450). All My Sons quoted my for 2-3 hours at a rate of $179/hr and led me to believe I would be paying in the ballpark of $500. See the attached bill below. They charged 2 hours just for travel so I don't know how they quoted me for 2-3 hours. They were very slow to move. In fact at one point I started to move things myself into the truck. Multiple times I went to check up on them and they were hanging out by the truck sitting doing nothing. They also ordered uber eats and charged me for their time to eat. I may have thought this was normal time allotment but I've moved before with movers at a much more efficient pace.When they move all your stuff in the truck it is placed on a lein and you will have to pay prior to unloading. This is calculated by (time to move into truck x 2) x rate.Biggest issue is that they dragged their feet in order to increase the total. You're somewhat at their mercy once you hire them.

If I could rate this company a 0, I would. We hired All My Sons recently and it was the worst experience. The movers did not carry themselves with professionalism, were fooling around the entire time, and dropped a $700 chair in the street. I saw the mover fall off of the ramp but when I questioned the damage to my chair he acted surprised and questioned whether or not he caused the damage. It took several phone calls, and emails until I finally got someone to acknowledge the issue. I received a "claim packet" only to be told that my remedy was $100. I call the customer care team to discuss this. I spoke with Joe Casarez who was rude and disrespectful and refused to escalate my call. I called the corporate office and spoke with Michelle and received more of the same treatment. STAY FAR AWAY from All My Sons Moving if you value your personal belongings.

Everything arrived broken and dirty.Movers arrived at 4pm finished at 6:30pm and charged me for 8 plus hours 10:45am-7pm saying they would refund any unused time.Total cost for everything broken & 2.5 hours of dropping off a prior move:$5,472Complete scam.Brand new peloton is broken.Everything is filthy.No response from the company.Do not hire.

Very good company I was satisfied from start to finish. Jacoi, Mark, Jatarious was my moving crew they moved pretty fast, Very respectful and considerate. I would book with this company again and highly recommend

Promised 4 guys but only 3 showed up, 3 hours later than promised. They start charging as soon as truck engine is off. Very unprofessional crew, caused damages to the house. Very slow in wrapping, disassembling, loading, unloading. Would NEVER use them again!!!

ALERT! Extremely unprofessional crew with bad attitude! A lot of hidden charges! And they are extremely slow just so they can charge you more! I wish I read all the bad reviews before hiring them!
