Front of others. People deserve better service especially if we are doing most of the work to pay and check out. Hopefully they review the way their staff treat paying customers

The Health department needs to come do an investigation! This place is so ghetto and the staff is so UNPROFESSIONAL! the cash register was disgusting looked like poop was smeared on the roller and when I asked her to clean it she ignored me than I asked her for paper towel I’ll clean it myself she told me to take hurry up and put my items on the roller. I explained that is this unsanitary and for her to please clean it. I than removed myself from the line and waited 20 mins for a self pay to open up as these are cleaner than the register that a human is suppose to run. Than she the cashier complained to the manager about me tell her that the roller is gross again I didn’t even go to the manager I was just waiting my turn and did my own sale of my items. Then when the manager was outside I asked for a moment and she said she needed to go inside and had no time for this. Like what the heck! Is happening with customer care or service. She then told me to call and complain she didn’t have time to hear about how unsanitary her store was! How does this woman have more than 1 store she is in charge of and doesn’t care about the customer service? This isn’t the first time I’ve seen other disgusting things at this Aldi such as rotten fruits and veggies and expired food. I will never return to this Aldi. I spent $200 bucks, packed my own groceries and self serviced myself because their staff have no time to keep their stores clean or up to date . What a joke! The service industry is going down. My next complaint will be to the health department and corporate if they even care.
