My first experience was awesome. I have a hard time getting my lab work done most times and Marilyn was so patient and took my concerns seriously. I would definitely recommend, especially anyone who is terrified of needles as I am.

Usually getting blood drawn is a hassle to find my veins I end up getting poked various times but ms. Marilyn is super good at this painless and within 15 seconds job complete about the best experience I’ve had with drawing my blood. Office is nice clean and quick service

Cianai Marilyn saved the day!! After waiting over an hour at quest and being told sorry we can’t see you because we are closing- the advent health lab and their technicians got me in immediately and out the door in less than 10 min. Great experience!

I have to admit, it can be challenging getting all the doctors office visits, labs, and imaging schedules coordinated but the staff are always so friendly and that helps IMMENSELY!

This has nothing to do with the service in the lab. They were great. It has to do how you change open hours conveniently for yourselves. I’m speaking as a person that works week days. First you were open sat./sun.half day( very nice). Then you decided not to open on Sundays at all. And now your Saturday, like today New Year’s Eve , you decided not to open at all. Why? That is my question. You deal with sick people that need these services. Lab techs, nurses etc understand that healthcare has no holidays. So my question again is why, not even your hospital in Kissimmee opens their lab at all on weekends and have the ridiculous time of 6-2 on weekdays. What with the people that work trying to make a living? Are you trying to eliminate out patient labs completely? This doesn’t really need an answer. It just boggles my mind that a heath care facility has bankers hours. End of rant.

Today was my second time coming to Partin Settlement for my lab work. Each time is a great experience. They are quick and efficient at checking you in and the wait time is usually short. I had a 7am appt and was in and out (with a coffee from Foxtail) by 715am. Thank you for all that you do for our communities!

Very bad, I was waiting for more than an hour and a half to do some laboratory tests and they told me that I still have to wait, and everyone who was there before left, plus I hadn't even had breakfast.
