Sept. 25 my husband went to rent a power washer and was told 'its all gassed up and ready to go'. Great, right?! Well he came home and not 3 minutes into his power washing it ran out of gas!! So he went back to Ace Hardware at Formosa Gardens, where the staff is incompetent, explained what happened and was told 'thats your PROBLEM'. What happened to people being nice and professional. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ACE HARDWARE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL PEOPLE. You don't tell someone something and have it be a lie. Customers rely on the store staff to know what they are talking about. Maybe we have to second guess what anyone in a business tells us ?

After going to Walmart to find a computer cable they showed in stock online and didn't have it. I Googled it and Ace came up. I called and spoke to Melissa and she looked it up and said they had it. I immediately dove there and she had it waiting for me. So nice to get real customer service. Happy to spend my money here and not Walmart.

What a great experience very friendly staff immediately took care of my husband and I. We bought a Stihl trimmer at a great price the gentleman was very informative and was such a pleasure to speak too. Cashier lady was also very friendly. If you’re looking to buy your landscape equipment this is the place to go. Great customer service and great prices. Will definitely recommend and look forward to shopping at Ace hardware again.

I recently ordered the big green egg package from this store and I can’t tell you enough how wonderful the staff are I have previously bought the odd household item from here and always thought the experience was great but when I ordered the latest item the staff all went above and beyond to make this experience the best ever. If they sold groceries I would shop there too. They are amazing the way customer service should be

This hardware store is great! Very well stocked and almost everything you can think of to maintain and/or repair your home. Very helpful staff. They also diagnose and repair small engine tools and equipment. To diagnose my power washer they charged 60 dollars which was applied to the repair since I used them; it didn't have any additional cost when I picked it up. Good deal. Recommended.
