Great experience at this 711 location!! My daughter, her friend, my sister & myself all stopped at this location on our way back from Busch Gardens at 12 AM. The cashier Tiffany was absolutely amazing!! She went out of her way to help us all while stocking the store and making sure it was nice and clean! She is a total rockstar & a great asset to 711!!! Thank you Tiffany for making our stop a great experience!!

I’m so upset my mother went in there to get slushies and the cashier was very very very racist to all colored people including my mom i am so disappointed and this has been happening for a while because many customers been complaining “every time i come in here you have something to say”. Cussing and racist remarks !!!! I’m reporting to the head unbelievable!!!!

To the man working Thursday 4/17/25 at 1130 pm. You rock. That place was packed and you handled it with grace, making pizza, wings and taking care of everyone....I was not as lovely of a person as you were. Although I was irritated with waiting 20 minutes to pay for just my coffee, I did notice that you are an excellent employee and an asset to the 7/11. Just wanted you to know. Thanks.

That's the nastiest experience i've ever had in a store in my life. The woman working there named Maddie exploded on me when I asked her. Excuse me, so I can walk through. She says, you see me what I'm doing. You should've went around.

Very pissed off. when to put on gas in this store ask for $20 on 3 twice and he goes on to charge me $30. So I decided to just put on the $30. When I went to pump it stopped at $20 when charged for $30. I went back to the store to talk
to Doug ( employee/manager) to get my $10 back he said that that wasn’t possible. i showed him a pic of the pump stopped at $20 and the receipt with the $30 charge. He insisted that he charges me the correct amount and then he realized that he charges me feo some pringles( that I disnt buy). At the end he came excuse that his scanner was broke and charged me some pringles that was i the counter. When he never used the scanner cause I paid with card. Obviously he was trying to to steal the $10 from me. Doug is definitely an employee scammer. Will not returned and I can even imagine how many peoples have been scammed in the past. watch out for Doug!!

Cashier used his number to take my points.. I said I already had a number… says he’s saving me money by using his number… very frustrating I enjoy collecting my points and was close to upgrading rewards… I’m pregnant and love to get cookies here.. probably go somewhere else after experiencing this

Very kind and welcoming service. I recommend the large pepperoni pizza for $9. Just take it from the fridge and ask the attendant to bake it in the oven. It takes about 10 minutes to be ready.
