Very pissed off. when to put on gas in this store ask for $20 on 3 twice and he goes on to charge me $30. So I decided to just put on the $30. When I went to pump it stopped at $20 when charged for $30. I went back to the store to talk
to Doug ( employee/manager) to get my $10 back he said that that wasn’t possible. i showed him a pic of the pump stopped at $20 and the receipt with the $30 charge. He insisted that he charges me the correct amount and then he realized that he charges me feo some pringles( that I disnt buy). At the end he came excuse that his scanner was broke and charged me some pringles that was i the counter. When he never used the scanner cause I paid with card. Obviously he was trying to to steal the $10 from me. Doug is definitely an employee scammer. Will not returned and I can even imagine how many peoples have been scammed in the past. watch out for Doug!!

Cashier used his number to take my points.. I said I already had a number… says he’s saving me money by using his number… very frustrating I enjoy collecting my points and was close to upgrading rewards… I’m pregnant and love to get cookies here.. probably go somewhere else after experiencing this

Very kind and welcoming service. I recommend the large pepperoni pizza for $9. Just take it from the fridge and ask the attendant to bake it in the oven. It takes about 10 minutes to be ready.

This place is way better than the racetrack that is right next door, or the raceway whatever it is called. The guy who works Night shift is very nice and made fresh wings 10/5. Great service, way better than racetrack that ignores their service button. Give the night shift dude at this 7-11 a raise!

NEVERR GO HERE Dirtiest 7 eleven around. Cockroaches everywhere i do not understand how anyone can buy food there. Doug the guy sitting in front selling tickets or offering money for timeshare visit is extremely aggressive. I hear they made him a manager aswell . ? all employees are unkept and could use a course in customer service. NEVER GO HERE

I always come to this seven eleven since I came to Kissimmee (4 years) I never had a single complaint until today, there is a new guy that do a pretty extra treatment and I can say is kinda racist… I was going to ask for gasoline and he start talking to me like if I don’t speak and/or understand English like I said I have here more than 5 years and is incredible that just for my race he quickly assumed I didn’t speak any English, I understand that there is a lot of tourist and new people in the country that doesn’t speak English but DUDE If I am responding you correctly, asking you correctly and talking to you correctly and understandable there is no need to talk back that way.

I was impressed by how well stocked thus l9cation was. Isiah greeted me. They have the cleanest restrooms in all of Orlando, FL. I also commend employees Teddy and Vic. Way to go. You have a great team here!
