Wow! This afternoon and evening, I had the misfortune of encountering a young saleswoman twice who couldn’t hide her feelings of hatred for everyone who walks into the store! I’ve never met such an arrogant and unfriendly person in America! I can believe that it must be tough to go to a job you dislike every day. But I would like to remind her that just because she hates her job, it’s not our fault as customers! The solution is simple: change jobs! Management could also pay more attention to the attitude of their employees!

This guy charges $1 more for cigarettes than everybody else. Just saying there's cheaper places.

First I would like to explain my experience at this location spent $40 on drinks for me and my family and employee notified me that I was not able to have a couple of cups for my children very well that's understandable what's not understandable is the way that I was treated for no apparent reason not sure if it was a race thing or maybe she just had a bad day but regardless I shouldn't be treated that way as a paying customer very disrespectful lousy service and overpriced products to the other customers considering shopping here I would advise to go anywhere else anywhere else you would save money and anywhere else you would be treated fairly as a human being with that being said to corporate or whoever reads this I find it funny that I am not the only one complaining about being treated rudely and you would think you would do your job as to set the employee straight before you lose all your customers or possibly pay better so they're happier at the location that they're at to where they could treat people like humans will be contacting corporate in hopes of them helping fix this matter because it seems to be some sort of trend regardless on my end I will be contacting my bank to ask for a refund and dispute charges because I asked to return the items that I had purchased and employee would not let me come to find out they are leaking and damaged and expired

I went to this 7-Eleven yesterday 7/10 like around 1:30 pm with 2 granddaughters and my service animal. (small dog 17 pounds). I opened the door and the lady at the register screams at me: no dogs are permitted. I explained to her he is a service animal and she answered me very rude: I don't see the vest and if no vest he is not allowed in the store. I explained it to her is to hot outside (98 degrees) for the vest and by law he doesn't have to have the vest an I pulled his Service Dog Public Access Card ID Required from the ADA. She refused to see the card and she told me over and over I was not allowed in the store. I went Outside and called the ADA to report the incident, they requested the manager name I went back inside with the ADA on the phone and asked for the manager name and phone number and she was hysterical screaming at me in front of others clients: the manager is not here and I'm not giving you the name and phone number manager is out of the state until Tuesday comeback on Tuesday. Another employee came out and I ask the same question and she told me she was new that she doesn't know the name. This rude employee name is MARIA according to her and she told me she was going to call the police if i go inside the store and i responded to her: please do and i left. I think this type of employees they need to be trained to handle this type of situation. This business is reported to the ADA and lawyer is involved.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with this station, although it was also on our itinerary, to visit and fill up the car, on 04/22/24, I went to fill up at this station, tried three times without success, when I saw that I wasn't able to pay. I went to the counter and paid in cash, but when I arrived at the hotel I saw that they had debited me three times the amount of 125 dollars, lol, today, April 26th, I'm at a loss. Go to the gas station and they say it will be refunded within 48 hours. Do not try to refuel at this station with a Nomade card or similar.

I can always count on good low fuel prices and convenience store items at 7-Eleven.
