Scammed me and mom took all of her money off her UBER card and then the dude said “it will be back on your card in 24 hours LIKE HELLO?! We sat in our car and I had to watch my mom cry and talk to her bf about it and then the money piped back on her card

Lucky if you get a grunt from the one guy behind the counter, ignored twice. Shouldn't be carrying the 711 brand. Customer service needs attention badly.
