Horrible customer service. I'm assuming the supervisor is the one who needs the reality check. She was just watching me wait to ring up my red bull. She must be too high up the chain to ring a red bull up. I sarcastically said is this free and she calls me a thief. A thief wouldn't have asked. Next time instead of defaming your customers check yourself and realize I was waiting too long when atleast 2 people were available to ring it up. Horrible management.

I live 3 minutes away and I love seven eleven since I lived in Texas and moved to Florida...the problem is that I always go and they tell me the same thing...they only say that you can't heat anything in the oven because it is being cleaned or damaged. They always say the same thing and if you as a customer demand they respond that I should leave MacDonald... I've been doing the same thing for 4 years now... I won't come back again and I will tell all my friends that they are abusive and they never charge the specials and they always say that the machine that charges is useless...it can't

Rude the 2 cashier's spoke badly about me in Spanish since I'm white and they thought I wouldn't understand except I speak Spanish fluently. All because I asked about the discount on my cigarettes I was supposed to get which as soon as they pointed it out I apologized. I litterly just asked very nicely. Unbelievable that they treat customers this way

Worst 7/11 in Florida every time I go to this location it has the worst customer service and it closes through out the night for “restock” even when there’s a crowd at the door seeking service I don’t think it’s professional to just open the door and refuse service due to restock I’ve never heard of a gas station closing for restock at all especially one that says there open online but I acknowledge every stores different but for someone on the go and are not trying to have their day/night ruined just go to Wawa up the street

Really bad customer service from the employee named Eric who works at night which I just wanted 20 ones which he told you got you buy someone I ain’t opening it which he said it in a rude way he could have said it nicer but had a nasty attitude I’m so disappointed I been going to this store for so many years and never have been treated so badly
