My experience at this store stucked it’s 2:17 am and employee at the store told me that the store is close for 20 more minutes I don’t understand why because I thought all 7/11 supposed to be 24/7 and I know because I am an employee for a corporate store and I know we are not allow to lock the doors. You guys are losing customers and business.. really disappointed at this 7/11. Not only that the employee called the cops on me because he asked for my id n I didn’t have it funny now I’m going to call hr on this store n the employee

Bought a lottery scratch off and won. Only problem is when I went to cash them in the cards were not activated to get paid for my winnings. Very disappointed.

Would not recommend this place at all, the lady who helped me was talking to her coworker the entire time. When the item scanned, scanned the wrong price, she started to argue with me. I had to bring the sticker to show her. I had to remind her to show me the rewards screen where I can put my number. The place did not look organized at all

I travel for work and bring my own lunch with me. I use microwaves at gas stations and when I was doing it here, the older gentleman stocking shelves says I’m not allowed to.
