Emilio was so so nice! My roommate and I were picking up for an Uber Eats order and there was some problems and he was super friendly and understanding through the whole process! He definitely needs and deserves a raise!

I walked into store and caught the cashier(Franny) verbally attacking my mother. My mom told the sales associate that she wanted the bottled water promo. Franny told my mom that the promotion was not in the system, and if she would do a price override in the register that it would be deducted from her pay. She kept yelling at my mother and told my mom that she needed to take the bottle waters back to the cooler if she was not going to take them. The sales associate never offered to enter the rewards program or register her for the rewards program. I can tell that she was really mad and i had to tell her that I am an assistant manager for the company, she then changed her attitude slowly. She told me to take her name if I wanted to report her. She also told me she worked for corporate for many years. I can't believe that she is still employed by 7 11 and no one has reported her behaviors. I'm shocked that people like this exist in the customer service field. So much hate and anger this individual has. She has no filter and even though I told her I worked for 7 11, it took her a while to calm down.

Really rude employees. All I needed was the manager to pull up a transaction for me but, was very rude and laughed at my situation. I kept going to the location although the employees was rude because it’s near my house. I won’t return because not only are the employees rude but the manager Demitry was worse.

Went to put gas on my car theirs was a new employee working not knowing what he was doing he kept asking for assistance with his manger at the time Ms Brooke who had an attitude I'm assuming she was already fed up with the kid not knowing what to do they had poor service the lady ain't a good fit for a manager don't know how to explain things gets hostile quick once I ask her to provide me her name an corporate number she refuse saying what u need it for is not like they ain't gonna do anything about it an instead of helping the customer she rather laugh in their face that's not one way to treat their customers if u want them to come back but IM DEFINITELY NOT GOIN I REPEAT NOT GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE THEY NEED TO CHOOSE THEIR EMPLOYEES MORE WISELY 10/14/2022 at 7:05am

This 7-Eleven is gangster, be prepared to defend yourself at this location at night. They allow people to hang out in the parking lot. Furthermore the location at one of the busiest intersections in Kissimmee make it very difficult to get in and out.

Forget sanitized, this store is barely even clean. This store remains poorly stocked of salads, fruits and sandwiches. The fruits that they do have on the shelf should be in the garbage because they are typically spoiled. There are several products on the shelves that have expired and one time when I showed the cashier a bag of expired donuts, she rudely said, "don't buy them then" and put the bag back on the shelf. The cigarettes are generally a dollar more at this store than the 7-11 a mile down the road. I only go to this location now if I'm about to run out of gas and even then I'm more willing to push my car a mile down the road than to have to go in this store. Sorry, 7-11, this location is awful.
