This 7-eleven has the sweetest employees. It wasn’t always this was and i want to say i see the effort and i appreciate it. i stopped coming here bc the old night shift guy was so mean, but the past two times i’ve gone i’ve been treated kindly. thank you for listening to feedback and making a change. you’ve won me back <3

Need to work on customer service. I was in here 11am on 4-23-2025 and asked if there were any pizzas coming out. The lady hugged and puffed and said there would be a wait. (She wasn't busy, just sticking paperware) I asked how long the wait was and she said a few minutes. I told her I could wait. She then asked if I wanted the whole pizza, I said only a few slices. Her response... Oh, I can't do that. There isn't room in my case. (The case had plenty of room for more slices) The whole time she acted like she didn't want to be there. I just walked out.

Clean your bathrooms. I pass by this store from time to time when headed to Tampa, it’s filthy! The bathrooms haven’t been clean one time when I pass by. Disgusting dirty location, keep going to Davenport to the other 7-11.

Our first 7-Eleven visit from the UK didn't disappoint! Amazing selection of snacks and drinks. Friendly staff and had what we needed.

I would've given the employees 5 ⭐ however their manager on duty (9/27 @ 3:08) messed it up for the whole store. No bedside manner, not approachable nor personable whatsoever. Truly feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with him. He was very rude, disrespectful and argumentive. Total letdown.

NO BREWED COFFEE NO HOT FOOD IN THE AM REPEATEDLY Saturday At 4:45 am Aug 12, 2023. For yet another morning with this specific associate, she doesn’t want to have her food display short any wings or other hot food items. Of course so her side work is 100% ready for the next shift. No brewed coffee either, only instant was available said associate. I was denied wings from the well stocked and organized food display, which was full of food just sitting in the hot environment designed to keep it hot, not dry it out because she refuses to sell it. She actually claimed that the wings were not prepared correctly by another associate who it was implied, had let. Need I remind you, the hot food display was full & looked very nice, yet not available to do anything other than look at it . She claimed she was going to have to re-cook all the wings, yet she left the “alleged” bad wings in the display. If this were true, it would be against the county health codes, but we know it was not true. And often course their is another fun excuse because there was no coffee, but I will spare you that excuse it’s just as ridiculous. What bothers me though is, do you think the people that are buying wings, or any other food from that display later in the next shift, would be happy if they knew that an extra hour and a half or more is how long that food sat there unnecessarily, while it was denied being sold when customers requested to purchase it? This is an ongoing thing, and I don’t know why, but you can’t add money to your cash app either. I’m assuming this is probably not the fault of that associate. So of course I went back over to Wawa located across the street. The only reason that I went to any 7-Eleven versus Wawa in the first place, is so I could add money to my cash app account. Since I couldn’t add money to my cash app, and since there is no coffee, and of course no purchasable hot food either, why did I even bother for the third time coming to 7-11? To recap for the three times I tried 7-11, this was the experience all three times. Three attempts and three fails, no coffee no cash app no purchasable hot food …. no more! Wawa is across the street and no way to add money to cash app sure, but they always have many different types of coffee, and they will make it for you fresh if you ask. Any brewed coffee at all was not an option at the 7-Eleven. An Excuse was given blah blah blah, it allbasically means no coffee here today right now.

This was the third 7-11 that I visited in the area and the first two had no warm food, no hot dogs or taquitos. This third one has a slim selection but at least something.

They do not have receipts for payments at the pumps. Forcing customers to come in and order them. Where is the customer protection due to the pandemic?

Not all pumps work here and they got less pumps than usual here!The good news is that they always have the cookies and brownies available!
