Don't bother making an appointment. They have no signage or log in sheet, so if you wait and wait and someone jumps in front of you tough luck. Management NEEDS TO PUT UP SIGNAGE.

Techs and pharmist have no sense of urgency. Professionalism is nonexistent.

My Wife went to Keystone Heights CVS ( 120 West Walker Dr) to by her four (4) Newspaper's for the coupons another customer got upset and stated she should not be allowed to buy (4) Newspaper's becuase of this one person the Manager Murray told my wife she could only buy one paper going forward when she asked why she is paying for them he said a customer complained but she purchased the paper's so that makes her a customer to, so now you have lost a customer. Coupons beware. Guess I will get Papers at Dollar Tree in Middleburg They do not care how much you spend or buy.

A male staff pharmacist "M." NOT the Pharmacy Director, (called Mike ), but a staff Pharmacist ("M" refused to give me his last name). I and my partner have had several issues with him. He is extremely rude, mean, has no customer service training (I am extremely upset about the way he treated me in front of other customers and staff), and is a flat out liar. Keystone Heights, FL store does not communicate the same information as the app does (if the app says a prescription is ready, it typically is not because the pharmacist "M" is slow).Walgreen's computer system puts the wrong pick up date for certain medicines in to the system, versus what is communicated by the doctor ("M", the horrible pharmacist, says my doctors, at 2 different clinics are "lying"). I need this issue resolved as I am stuck in the middle. I think "M" is changing the pick up date because he can't keep up.... Stay away if possible. I can't because my health insurance partners with Walgreens.

Walgreens was my favorite store for stuff. I don't get prescriptions there. They always have such nice helpful people The twenty percent once a year card saved me over eight hundred dollars I watch the sales and it can be so much cheaper than walmart and the dollar stores I do not like the new layout at our local store. Very confusing and skip many things because of it They have a lady that has been there for at least the ten years I have lived here. Short hair and usually was in cosmetics. Go to the local pharmacy for prescriptions. They care and are so helpful. Just please don't go to CVS for prescriptions. One day that woman will retire but until then just don'tn give them your business
