The post woman was a total rockstar.
She was so helpful and quick. I had a list of things and she helped me get done and helped other people while I was working on different steps of my task. The people who came in seemed to be familiar with her and happy to see her. So I assume, She must be like this all the time. Great Job.

I was told to go away. My apologies for getting my dates messed up with Veterans Day and I apologize for my 3 year old pushing on the door. I wasn’t trying to be rude or impatient. I don’t appreciate the disrespect from the man in the back saying go away.

Counter service is always friendly and engaging. Not every customer gets to hear what they want to hear, but that is not the fault of the person behind the counter.

Has not been delivering mail, and stated I requested a hold for pickup. I did not. Head's up, interference with delivery of mail is a federal felony, as is uttering a false instrument and identity theft.

Terrible service, complete lack of care, wont even do simple job related task. I am a online seller in my spare time to help supplement my income, so I spend THOUSANDS in postage every year and ship hundreds of items. This will be my 4th move since starting my business and this post office is by far the worst. The employees at this post office act like they hate their job and dont want to be there. Getting them to pick up packages from my home with scheduled pick up or even scan them if dropped of directly at the post office is a chore. If you can avoid them, you should.

Package was supposedly delivered to an individual at my address on Aug 9th 2021 at 221pm. I took my kids to their school orientation and before leaving had checked the mail and it was already delivered with no packages left or anything. That was before 2pm. Where is my package????

It would appreciated if the postal carrier(s) delivering our mail along with the mail for those living near by to be more cognizant of the address provided on the envelope. We have a neighbor living at 7465 Bienville Ave who often receives our mail as we do theirs. I can understand the oversight since the numeric in our address matches their perfectly (7465). We also received 7451 Antietam Ave. We left the piece in our mailbox with the flag up and the next delivery the new mail was placed over the return. Go figure. I think training may be in order. thank you

I contacted the post office today due to not receiving my package. Steve was great and did what he could (at this time). He contacted the courier and she is bringing it back. Steve also said to call back if I have any further issues. I just want to say the courier that does my route is fantastic and sweet. It's hot out so she prob wants to get done, so I'm grateful she's bringing it by.
