I previously lived in Jacksonville and had the same hair stylist for almost 30 years. When she retired, I panicked. My neighbor highly recommended LuAnn. I have now had two visits with LuAnn and I couldn't be happier. She listened to my concerns about issues I had styling my hair because of some physical limitations and made some helpful suggestions. The color is beautiful, the cut and style are wonderful and easier for me to manage. And she's close to home (I don't have to travel to Jax). Thank you LuAnn!!

I had a great neuromuscular massage from Misty Dawn with her special oil.
Got my hair washed and conditioned. Felt like a new person!

spent 80 minutes getting a pedicure while Sam took another client while she was with me and spend 25 of those minutes with him. the pedicure was mediocre, but the paint job she did could have been better. The vibe wasn't that bad but i wouldn't go there if you're trying to do anything else during the day.

Haircut, sadly got a 10 minute haircut was charged $29 left good tip because I ambit heartless. Extremely disapointed!

The barbers were very nice and funny but I didn’t get the cut I asked for and got laughed at by all my friends. I gave them a photo for reference and it turned out nothing like it (don’t go for men’s hair)

The stylist did not listen to me and cut my hair to short now I have to wear a hat until it grows out. I even showed her pictures of what I wanted. Never going back.
