Completely enjoyed the reservation experience. I had a few hiccups with my timing and such and they worked with me every step of the way. Andrea was polite, funny and helpful and as a first time storage renter I appreciate that. The only complaint I have is the unit has a hole in the wall and the floor is really dirty.
