I had a horrible experience with the young person at keystone heights cricket office today... First, when I arrived there was a sign on the door that he had gone to lunch, so I waited. This occurred with a young man with half yellow hair and half black hair. I am an elderly woman and I walked in and said: I need help with my phone. It says data full on the third day of the month! He said: you've used all your data and I said yes I know but why and he said well you've used all your data and I interrupted him saying but I need to understand what's going on and he got a really angry and told me I was being rude and interrupting him and told me to get out of his store or he would call the cops! It was like something out of Twilight zone! I waited for the cops because I thought they ought to know about him and they were very understanding. I then went to the Starke office and had excellent service. They were polite, helpful, and it was a nice experience. It turns out cricket had changed their options and mine was no longer available and required a choice from me! We took care of all the business. So the guy in Keystone was not only rude and abusive but not at all informed.

I went in to the Keystone store today. I would like to give Leigha a great review She asked all the right questions to uncover all of my needs . She was very polite,nice She did not rush me out and was willing to help me in any way possible. This company This company needs more employees like her

This is in regards to the Cricket location in Keystone heights.***UPDATE****This is a followup to update outcome of my dispute. I am changing from 1 star to 4 stars. Cricket support responded to my post and I contacted them. I explained what happened and after reviewing the situation, I have been given a FULL refund. This is the kind of business integrity you want to deal with when things don't go right. They made good and I am satisfied with the outcome.****I was in need of reliable internet for my home. The employee looked up on their coverage map and based on my address told me I had 8mbps speed. I was interested in getting the hot spot and because I wasn't sure if it would work, I wanted to be able to return it. This was a huge concern for me. I was told, this is key here, that all I would have to pay was a 25 dollar restock fee. So there was the hot spot and the plan fee. I WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIMES THAT ALL I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IF I RETURNED IT WAS 25 DOLLARS RESTOCK FEE! The employee was in contact with the manager via text the whole time requesting guidance as both employees were new. So this falls squarely on the store manager! I was ok with the 25 dollar restock fee. Long story short, it did not work and was nowhere near the 8mbps qouted. I returned it 30 minutes later. To my suprise the plan fee was not deducted. The employee did not say a word. I questioned it so she called the store manager Aires. I was told that she could not do anything and that I would need to call corporate. I am out 25 dollars plus the plan fee for their lack of disclosure. I am not at all happy about it and will most deffinately call corporate. I will update this review after speaking to corporate.
