  I went into Cricket Yesterday and had one of the best experiences I’ve had with Cricket. I usually go to the Starke store because the normal person who would work in keystone was always rude and seemed like it was an inconvenience her being there.   Had to do some last minute swapping, Jon really helped me out. He was very professional and got the job done. I have a different opinion of cricket customer service now. Thanks Jon.

  I was at the Cricket Wireless store in Keystone Hights today to get a new phone. And let me say I was greeting with kindness and this Manger of your store needs a raise I can't tell you in words how sweet she was. You don't have to many people like her anymore. So I am giving her a 10
