Staff at this branch are very rude, inconsiderate, and snobby....I was on lunch break, trying to cash/deposit a check....couldn't get not $0.01, even though my checking balance was over $1800...Very unprofessional and belittling....I guess I was interrupting their lunch period....won't be there banking much longer.....

Greatest Bank I've ever had. Been with them 11 years now and have always gotten my money back the next day when been hit with fraud & only had to pay a monthly service fee 1 time.

Outstanding service! Everyone that I have met that works for Capital City Bank has been so profession and very fast in fixing any issue that I have had. Sam and Danielle are awesome as long as I deal with either one of them for my important banking needs everything is perfect. The two of them make me happy I chose Capital city . The supervisor on the 1-800 number is just awful !!!! I will not deal with him I will talk to either Sam or Danielle for all my needs.
