Rented a 4 person golf cart while visiting KW with my family from this location as their prices were lower than most places. The golf cart itself was fine BUT the guy working the front desk leaves a lot to be desired - VERY RUDE! We had spoken to the owner before heading in and he had quoted us a price when we arrived the gentlemen at the front quoted a different rate. When we told him we had called and spoken to someone he shrugged and was like not me this is the rate. Thankfully we were able to reach the owner again and he called and confirmed. I only gave them 2 star because the owner was very nice my recommendation is that he change that dude out ASAP if he wants people to Come back. Not a people person!!!

Was in Key West for a few days and decided to rent a golf cart for 24 hours and it was great! It was a 2 seater that looked like a Ford F150. Drove it all over the island. Service was excellent here. The gentleman helping us was very friendly and quick. We were in and out in like 10 minutes. Great prices. Going to refer friends here. Will definitely be renting here again on my next visit to KW.

Was thankful to find Yoan's to rent a golf cart, cheaper than the other locations and a smoother process. They are so friendly and we literally were in and out in 10 mins. I will be using them the next time we are back and recommending them to anyone that visits the Keys.

Fast service and the best rates we found for a golf cart.
Our cart had a clutch issue mid way thru the day. We called Yoan and gave him our location. He brought us a new golf cart in LESS THAN 15 MINUTES!
Any business will rent you there product, but very few will offer better service than that!
Every business will experience breakdowns and problems. It’s how they handle those mishaps that show their character and their commitment to their customers. Yoan is an absolute class act! This is our second time renting from him. We will definitely use him every time we’re in Key West and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone!

This is the first time we have rented golf carts while in KW. It is a must do. The carts were ready for pick up at our designated time. They went over the carts with us and how they worked. They had a full tank of gas. The carts were very nice and clean.

Good experience. Rented a golf cart for a week and the cart worked without any problems. Most economical option I was able to find. No frills but all good.

We arrived on a rather cool, windy day to pickup our cart. Did not realize until later, the upper windshield (foldable) was missing. We returned to their facility to ask for either a windshield or another cart equipped with one. We were told, very abruptly, no with the explanation our cart was the one we chose. All other carts on the lot had a windshield. Our complaint was NOT having one available, but the attitude of the attendant. There are many polite ways to tell a customer "NO". Apparently, the gentleman hasn't learned that skill.

Very helpful! Even took the time to write down good places to eat. Did a 7 day rental. They even agreed to give me a ride back to hotel once i return cart. Great customer service . Highly suggest!

Made my husband's day! Was so cool to have a mustang golf cart. This is just what we needed to get around town for several hours. Upgraded for 8hours. Wish we had booked for even longer. Will be back in the morning. Great service and affordable prices.

Rented a cute yellow mustang golf cart. It was easy to rent, good price and would highly recommend them to anyone. I didn't see anything else like it on the island
