Terrible bank. They want to hold my reputable employers checks for 10 days before they deposit them!? 10 days?! That’s insane. Coincidentally no one is available to help you for service.

Went in to have a doc notarized (I am a long time customer, so no cost to me). I had to wait a bit, but no worries. Met with Monica, who was so quick and efficient at her job, it was a pleasure. Once we met, I was out in no time. THANK YOU MONICA!

I don't know if this place is understaffed but it's taking SO long every time I go to make a simple deposit. For example today I've already been in the drive thru almost 40 minutes. Once I send my money through at least say hello in the next 5 minutes... I literally had to call the call button to make sure someone received it. I'll be moving my accounts over to keys credit union- key west Wells Fargo is a total bust, this is just happening way too much now. Bye Wells Fargo!

Waited for over 20 minutes not being helped by WellsFargo staff. Instead the female WellsFargo staff helped other people who came in after me. The staff was not professional and didn’t act knowledge that I was there for a long time. Did not even ask if I needed any assistance. She just helped 5 other guests that arrived after me. WellsFargo branch in Key West FLORIDA. This happens on Tuesday Morning on May 31.
