My wife Susan and I had the greatest experience with We Cycle. Steve was most knowledgeable and a joy to visit with. He was very nice and we made it a point to stop by frequently during our week to talk to him. Don't hesitate to rent from We Cycle and hopefully you will befriend Steve.

Great people! We rented 2 cruiser bikes for 2 days. Those bikes did exactly what they were supposed to do, but the service is what earned the 5 star rating. We had a small timing conflict and needed an additional hour to return our bikes. They were very accommodating and even offered to pick up the bikes from our airbnb. They had other bike options, including one with a large side car for hauling drunk friends home. Super nice guys!

SO our bike rack broke while driving, and a wheel of my wife's Townie was badly bent. WeCycle on Stock Island to the rescue. They took 15 minutes to repair it, charged us for the new wheel adnd $25 for service, and in about 20 minutes and $75, we were totally made whole. New bike rack. Same old bike, still great aftyer all these years. WeCycle ROCKS. I'm a big fan.

Called to reserve a bike trailer. Reservation accepted but had to wait a few days.Went to pick up with my own bike and they tried to charge bike + trailer even though Joaquin said $20. Then they just ended up saying the trailer wouldn't fit my bike. Claiming the brakes were in the way.. I think it could have mounted but maybe not. If this is a common issue, it needs to be a question during time of reservation.

This place is great!!!! Skip Eaton Street and go here! Steve is awesome! So nice, kind and helpful. They will also come help you if anything goes wrong with your bike. I grew up in KW and HIGHLY recommend We Cycle bikes?

We rented a bunch of beach cruisers, a tandem, trikes, and bikes with the baby seat, trailer, and tag a long kid bike. We wanted an e-bike but they weren't able to deliver those within the old town area. The cruisers took a little getting used to with the handle bars being directly over the front wheel and we are used to mountain bikes. We all managed though even though Key West is a little hectic for a large group to cycle together. A couple of times vehicles got impatient and would cut into our group or would pull out in front of us and we'd have to stop in the intersection and wait for them while they waited for pedestrians crossing. We were happy with the condition of the bikes, helmets, locks, and baby seats, and the price and smooth process of shopping and renting online. I had put a question in the comment section of my order and it wasn't answered so I recommend calling with questions. They didn't pick up but called back instantly and were nice and helpful. Fyi the trailer holds two small children and our group members in their 70's really enjoyed the trikes.

Booked two bikes at 7:00pm, as directed we called at 9:00am to make sure they were actually available. Picked them up at 9:15. We called later in the and added a second day. All was easy and smooth. Nice comfortable, easy to ride bikes.

Their website says they have great customer service and that's what we got! We didn't plan ahead to utilize the complimentary bike delivery, but picking up on site was extremely easy and allowed for my kids to get the right bikes for their heights. We ended up with three cruisers and two kids bikes. We rented from the Southard Street shop. Our kids are 14, 9 and 8 and we rode to The Southernmost Point, through Fort Zachary and all the way back to The Galleon Resort (our home for the week). My husband and I went back out in the evening to watch the sunset from Fort Zachary. The two of us extended our rentals one extra day so we could visit The Hemingway House (without kids) and meet the rest of the family at The Butterfly Conservatory. We had a great time exploring the island by bike. FROM THE WEBSITE... *Adult Beach Cruiser. $14.00/day Single speed, coaster brake, wide saddle, upright ride, basket, lights & lock. One size fits most 5'2" - 6'4". *Kids Bike 20". $10.00/day Single speed, coaster brake, lights and lock. 20″ & 24″ available, basket standard on 24″. *Helmets are complimentary on all rentals. FL State law requires bicycle riders or passengers under 16 years of age to wear helmets. All rentals are professionally maintained.

I am at Key West local for 22 years. If you rent a bike from anywhere, you MUST use your lights at night. If you rent a golf cart, don’t drive the wrong way down a one-way street and that goes for you guys on bikes too. Not doing this, may cause your vacation to be completely ruined. It’s totally illegal and dangerous! Get lights on your bikes that turn on automatically at night. Show your customers a map and make them understand where the one-way streets are and where construction is taking place. You all are more about the The money and not the safety of your customers and the locals.
