First off, I’ll start by saying the store was moderately busy. We went to the pharmacy to pickup medication on July 3rd for my seven-year-old daughter while on vacation that the urgent care facility had called in. Being an already stressful issue, we walked in with the expectations that our encounter would have been like every other Walgreens we had ever been to. That was not the case. The woman at the pharmacy counter was aggressive, unhelpful and kept saying “it’s not ready, we’re closed tomorrow, and I can’t guarantee anything” every time we asked when her (we went in to the store trying to pickup three times). Finally, we reached back out to the urgent care who told us that this Walgreens has a bad reputation for the pharmacy and suggested that we go to Publix. That was the best decision! We were in-and-out in 10 minutes without issue (also never having been there and needing to supply them with all of our information). Publix Pharmacy was super helpful, fast, and a much better experience. I suggest not using this Walgreens unless absolutely necessary for any reason.

I came in to late last Saturday, to purchase 6 cases of water (I’m severely dehydrated) and as I was strolling around I started to choke on my gum. THANK HEAVENS the wonderful manager Nick was there, and literally saved my life. He swiftly and angelically preformed the heimlich maneuver, prayed over me, and then carried all 6 cases of water to the front for me (with one hand?). If it wasn’t for this absolute gem of a shift lead I might be dead (and severely dehydrated still).

A couple nights ago I stopped into my favorite neighborhood Walgreens for a wee little nightcap. To my delight I was greeted by a grand smile that lit the room up brighter than the neons hung on the ceiling. A strapping young gentleman with such professional decorum and etiquette took care of me. Nick was both friendly and funny. We had a short conversation about island life and how fortunate we to live here on our tiny Island of Misfit Toys. I am truly happy to have met Nick. Walgreens you have a great shift lead representing you. I just stopped in and was again delighted to see Nick behind the counter. Looking forward to seeing him and the rest of this incredible. Your doing it right. NICK ROCKS! ?

Great store in an amazing place! Talked to the finest gentleman i’ve ever encountered. I am truly blessed i got to meet Nick, the manager. after a fat little man named “Austin” kept making inappropriate comments about my man bun. Nick told to man to step back and to stop harassing me. Nick also helped me find my protein shake and gave me some suggestions on good investments. Thank you again nick.

What a great store! Manager was such a good looking sharp young man, stunningly gorgeous super polite and well spoken. He looked like he played in the nba what a fine specimen. Iron deficiency Austin isn’t fooling anyone dad went for a pack of cigarettes and never came back.

Horrible customer service by the manager , smaller guy with a little tattoo on his arm 6/15/24 at 9pm. I came to pick a picture up for Father’s Day for the third time and the little guy told me they lost it and that he really didn’t know how to do anything. His only solution was to cancel the order. Can anyone get a simple task done these days?

I came in to this location today to pick up a prescription. I received an incorrect quantity, and the pharmacists needed more time to fix the error. This happened to me a month prior, and I did not catch their mistake until afterwords so I was sure to check without leaving.
Did some shopping while there as well and when it was time to checkout, there was a long line (7) and only one cashier. She was a very sweet woman, did not catch her name but she was older. Counted at least 3 other Walgreens employees in the area, who did not assist knock out that long line and as a result, 2 separate customers behind me in line walked out without buying the items that they had in hand.

This is the worst drug store. The pharmacy sends a text that your prescription is ready for pickup, but when you go there no one can find it. You waste time here. Go to CVS!

Well laid out store with a helpful staff. I was DJ&MC for a wedding at a nearby venue here and came in late at night (it's open 24 hours) to pick up a few things. That night, Frank was working and was sooo helpful in personally showing me where the items I needed could be found. Never experienced such helpful, "neighborhood pharmacy" type assistance. Thank you Frank for being so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this Walgreens!

Not even 1 star deserves. Worst costumer service ever! Never coming back. Lost 45 minutes of my day without any solution! Couldn’t picked up my calendar which I ordered a month ago when they computer was broken. Couldn’t make my Wenster transaction and they blocked any of my options to do it somewhere else.
Go to Publix you will save so much time!
