If I could leave 0 stars I would purely for the disgusting double standards applied as paying tenants. Where do I start with this corrupt place? Upper management threatened to have my dog euthanized because a different dog bit someone? I was there. My dog was there. The cameras saw. My dog never bit anyone and never has… Do not come here unless you are WHITE AND RICH. Upper management has singled out, discriminated and applied double standards to both my boyfriend and I since the day 1. All of the dock hands and staff under management are wonderful and attentive to customers needs. we moved into a slip in the marina as FULL paying customers. To sum up SOME of my negative experiences I’ll start off with the fact that we were “not allowed” to park our dinghy in the same slip as our sailboat because it was “too large”. however, other people with the same size dinghy’s had no issues parking theirs in the same slip as their boats. We were simply TEXTED and told to remove it from premises, as paying tenants. Next, my boyfriend was fired and re-hired in the same day by TEXT MESSAGE over some wifi issue on their work site (VERY unprofessional). only to later be TEXTED and re-hired? Oh and you can’t forget the double standard of his co-workers being able to cookout and hangout with friends for hours on the job while he gets in trouble for taking a 10 minute snack break ON MARINA PREMISES. Next, one night I had gotten back from work late and fell asleep in my car in front of the boat. I got woken up at 4 in the morning by the head of night security telling me I cannot sleep in my car, in the parking spot in front of the slip I pay for even though I know people are sleeping for FREE in their vans in the same marina! I was given no good reason I couldn’t sleep in my car so I went back to sleep. Next, we are friends with a lot of the dock hands in the marina as I had already mentioned. There is a high number of them that live on premises completely FREE of rent (Boats, Vans, RVS) yet with my boyfriend working here, we were still paying the ridiculously high slip fee of $2,200 a month. We got a second boat and the upper management at the marina said we could keep it next door in the boat yard for free no problem, much like the other employees are doing with their vessels and vehicles. only a month into it we get a 1 DAY notice that it has to be removed or we have to pay 2 slip fees which would sum out to $4,400 a month.. we were not given an explanation as to why we have to pay and no one else does which shows yet another form of how my boyfriend and I were discriminated against. One of friends had approached us and told us that upper management is trying to get us banned from even being on site. We would still hang around as we made some good friends and I also nanny a kid that lived on a boat in the marina. Today we were informed from our friend that we are both banned from the marina that day, with ZERO reasoning. When I approached upper management about that information, they were talking themselves in circles trying to come up with a good reason that we are banned. They could not come up with anything so re-negotiated with me saying I am allowed to drive in by car for nannying but not allowed to hangout on my friends boats as invited guests.. for what reason? I now cannot hangout with my friends I made the past year unless off-site.. what freedom. I know exactly who these Spottswood people with the big money think they are and they are the same people trying (and succeeding) in gentrifying Key West. If you are not WHITE AND RICH DO NOT COME HERE. Not to mention their slip rates increase every single year and fuel is more expensive here than other marinas in Key West. I really loved this place, establishment, amenities, and people I met here but the discrimination, lack of respect and inequality got way too out of hand. The terrible work culture was cultivated by the corrupt management and ownership. I am entirely disappointed with the way this marina is run and the way the management runs off its best, hardworking staff

Came down here to get a bite to eat. There’s a great local place to sit and enjoy the marina and eat some delicious food.

Warm and inviting!!! Clean and pretty spot! They serve adult drinks from Jack's lounge, but the only downfall is there is not a place to grab a bite to eat! Bring your cooler with sandwiches pre made from publix ? We did, and it was perfect! Enjoy!!!
