Extremely clean and well kept. Extremely reasonably priced and staff are kind and great to work with! The storage facility is also raised above the ground on a hill protecting from flooding!

I would have given this place a great rating however I had issues from the beginning when I had made reservations with one of the promotion they were having (first 2 months free) which was first honored by the district manager himself, which he later then went back on his word and and denied everything. I tried many times to try to get in contact and it seemed like he was purposely avoiding to talk to me, as I left many messages when I called customer service. Luckily with the help of the property manager, Alisha, she fought so hard for me and getting things straighten out. There was no need for me to be locked out of my units for almost the first 3 months after moving in. As an activate military personnel, there was stuff that I needed from the storage after a relocation move. I couldn't always have access to if it wasn't the help from Ms. Alisha and her understanding that I was being played from the deal that I made when I signed. Luckily, someone higher up in charge resolved my issues and straighten things out. Honestly, if it was for Alisha and all the help she gave me, I would have rated this place/ company half a star if it gave me that option. Her customer service and care of a person is what made me stay with this company until had to relocate to a new duty station. Somebody please give property manager a raise as I personally seen her kicked people out for living in their units, called the cops on people for doing drugs and over all take care of the property where we all hope it's safe to store our items. And if what I said and experience doesn't show how great and dedicated of a worker she is, then I don't what is.I hope nobody has to experience all the bad that I had to experience myself. And if you need any help regarding of your storage unit, Alisha is the person to go to and she'll help in any way that she can.Thank you Alisha for all your help while I was stationed down in Key West. It was truly noted and hopefully your higher up sees what a hard, honest, and dedicated working woman you are.Very Respectfully,Joshua

Alisha has helped me a numerous amount of times and lease the perfect size unit for my needs, the property and bathrooms are always kept very clean, ac works very well so no moving in the heat.

We love this facility! Alisha is great and always helpful. The units are clean and secure and we have never worried about anything we have in storage here.We have rented several units at this facility of various sizes. They always have something that suits our needs. I only wish there was Boat / RV storage at this facility. Then I could have everything all in one spot :)

Wow!!! What an amazing place! Finally a storage facility that is clean and safe! The girls in the front were magnificent and immediately offered to show me a unit for me to compare because I was torn between two different sizes and that helped make my decision much easier. When we got back from checking it out the other had already begun working on paperwork so that it was quick and easy. The total time it took for me to walk in see a unit and have my contract in hand ready to leave was probably less than 15 min. It was a little longer for me because since they were so friendly they made u comfortable and we even chatted a bit about hobbies and such!No pond to drive or wade through to get to a unit, no dark scary corners or trashy dirty parking lot,,,, this is Def the real deal. Nice clean professional and secure especially for things like mine that are probably worth very little in monetary value but priceless and unreliable!Thanks Alisha and Jennifer keep up the amazing work. It's nice to walk in to a business and see smiles!

I checked Google for storage facilities in or around Key West and SROA had the Best units and Best prices around. They are raised above flood levels in case of storms and are all climate controlled. The woman in the office was extremely helpful and answered all/any questions I had. I give it 10/10...would DEFINITELY recommend!!!
