The service here is atrocious!The young African American cashier never made eye contact with me while ringing up my purchases. No hello, no smile, nothing. I paid for my stuff, no thank you, no please, NOTHING!I made a comment to her about her apparently not liking her job and she unleashed a series of "F" bombs on me that was truly comical.

It's the only "one stop shop" on Duval for items you'll need after arriving in Key West, but you'll pay airport prices. Do yourself a favor and walk 3 minutes north to CVS instead, you'll save 30%+ on everything. I had one of their hot sandwiches and it was tasty and filling for the price.

Best sub sandwiches!!! Needed something for a day out on the boat so we stopped here as they are by where we stayed and the subs were so good.

5 stickers at 1.50 & a drink and my cc charge is 14.75! Scam visitors obviously who are distracted. Seen other reviews once I realize what she did, but told me different total. You receive undetailed receipt

The prices stuck on the goods did not correspond to the prices quoted. When we pointed this out, we were rudely told that they knew their prices and whether. Such a person can spoil the mood! You'd better avoid this shop.

Prices are high compared to other shops around. We went to pick up some souviners and found a neighboring store with much cheaper prices. Avoid this store if you'd rather not get ripped off.

I have been coming here for years on our family getaways to Key west. This time the sandwich's were still tasty but no the same. The bread is different and sandwich is way more smaller than I remember. Service has always been pleasant with counter personnel making small talk . Ambiance of This spot is directly in the heart of Duval between sloppy joes and hard rock. I hope you guys go back to the old sandwich style then I will say a must try spot.

Service was fine but the sandwiches made for a fishing trip were poor at best. They were expensive and all bread. You'd find more meat on a mosquito!! Go to subway, you'll get a substantially better sandwich.
