The lady behind the counter is the most helpful person I've ever met she is amazing and super knowledgeable about fed ex express and I appreciate her being here day in and day out....wat ppl don't realize is she is here 6 days a week providing a service that is exceptional and honestly very stressful having to deal with ppl that r rude and don't understand that this is a ship only location..I'm thankful for her and her hard work and dedication because I is not easy to deal with rude and entitled p who want things to go how they want..appreciate the good ppl they r rare and hard to find”
