The older guy in this store is the rudest store owner we have ever experienced. He was mad that we picked up a shirt just to look at it, asked if we had a problem with the clothing! We responded and said no we just wanted to look at it… he then said to us” what , does my clothing not meet your standards?” We walked out , ended up not purchasing a thing and told him , no it’s your attitude that doesn’t meet our standards! Awful!! Salt Life should fire him immediately!

Was told everything was 20% off by one salesman and then the old guy who rang everything up only gave 20% off on the one sale item we had. Plus he was so rude and bothered by the fact I asked to pay in cash. He could have just said, sorry, we don’t accept larger bills or cash, can you pay by card but instead he was a total jerk. Made me want to return everything we had purchased from there over our stay which is a shame because the store has really great clothing. This old guy should NOT be working in customer service.

I visited the Salt Life retail store in Key West FL during my vacation and I was very impressed by their selection and service. The store offers a variety of beachwear and accessories for men, women, and kids, as well as fishing clothing, swimwear, decals, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave me some great tips on where to go and what to do in Key West. The prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent. I bought a few items for myself and some gifts for my friends and family. I love the Salt Life brand and how it represents the lifestyle of living near the ocean. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who loves the salt life!

Great selection of Salt Life products for my entire family. Being a real Salt Life store it's the only brand they carry. There is other stores that carry a small selection of Salt Life (and other brands) but make no mistake this is the real Salt Life Store. Also I should mention they have some of the best deals on Duval. All the cotton. Tshirts were bogo 50 so you could get two for $36. That's less than some of the other stores sell one tshirt. I will come back next time on Duvl.

Pretty irritated with this place. Would’ve been 5 stars but games. We buy Pelagic apparel because of the material. We told the associate this. I was looking at shorts and picked out a darker gray pair of what I thought were Pelagic shorts. All the shorts in the front were Pelagic. They had tucked a lesser brand but the same price. So I looked at Pelagic. Picked out Pelagic than when I looked for my size I got a different brand. Super shady. Will never go back. Terrible business practice. I would’ve gone back to exchange but we were staying at a different key and leaving the next day. Also, 3 items at $60 plus 1 at $65 is $245 plus 7.5% sales tax does not equal $273. Stay away from this place. No itemized receipt. Shame on you and your business.

This is an excellent T-shirt shop and they've got some pretty good deals. Buy one get the second for 50% off. We found the associates at the shop to be very helpful, outgoing, and friendly. Plus, they do have great AC in there to get a reprieve from the Heat of Old Key West..
