This company came to replace our windshield in June. They did a sloppy job (sealant all over the place) and it wasn’t even installed properly - you could hear wind coming in at highway speeds. The heads up display wasn’t calibrated and they wouldnt follow up on coming back out to fix it. Unfortunately our insurance paid and we had to pay out of pocket for it to be replaced with OEM parts and done correctly. An expensive mistake.Service: Auto windshield repair

I tried calling all the other auto glass companies in Key West and the only response I got immediately was from Tony at Gator. He then called several times to confirm our windshield was in inventory and confirmed our appointment and again the installer called before arrival!Great response! Great Service. Completed the repair in 30 minutes!I’m still waiting for the other companies to just return my call!!!!!Services: Auto windshield repair

They Can MAKE the appointment, but Cant KEEP an appointment.ZERO STARS!!!!nothing like a no call-no show and an undriveable car to ruin the weekend!!!don't bother calling and making an appointment, they will just blow you off.worst kind of business ever.

If I could leave 0 stars for this business I would. Had my back window shatter as I was taking my kids to school and called them immediately considering they have 5 star ratings. They quoted me and had an appointment set for later that same day. I was relieved that my problem would be fixed. They had an “issue” with the glass so they apparently ordered a new one from Miami. Called and rescheduled for next day early in the morning. 2 PM came around and no one showed and no call. When I called to figure out what was going on, no one answered after several phone calls. I figured they were dodging me so I called from a family member’s phone with a out of area code and they answered immediately blaming it all on a system issue. They put me on hold then hung up. I had to pay for someone in Miami to drive down so I could safely take my kids to school. I don’t typically write bad reviews, but this was a particularly terrible experience. I’ve never had an experience this unprofessional. If you are in the Monroe county area and need auto glass services, call USA Auto Glass located in Homestead. They are mobile and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of perfect. Don’t waste your time calling Safety Tech. Scammers.
