I very seldom give 5 stars to anything unless warranted.
Ordered my cigars on a Friday and got them on a Monday.
Cigars are fresh and we're packed in a wooden box for a set of 5. I tried one when visiting Key West back in Sept 2024 and I was hooked. I highly recommend this place for fresh cigars. You have my business. Kuddos!!

We did a tour here while visiting from our cruise, it was an amazing experience, lots of knowledge about their origin story and tobacco industry in general. We got to roll our own cigar too. Top notch people! Highly recommend!

My wife and I did the tour and took home some cigars. Danny, who led the tour, was incredibly friendly and really took the time to make sure we learned what we came to learn and that we had a great time. The cigars are great too!

Went there for tour today but was told that there were no tours available today. When asked why, I was told by one of the people that there were no people and another person said something about construction going on. Nice store but left disappointed.

It was okay to hear the history during the tour, but overall it disappointing. Other tours I've attended, a cigar was given to you to sample the product. I ended up buying more when that happened. We were bored. My wife was put off by his demeanor. I would have bought a lot more, but he didn't sell his product. He focused on history. I bought a sample but wasn't inclined to buy more . I'll post a cigar review later.

I had fun taking this dynamic and informative guided tour where I learned more about the production and selection of tobacco intended to make good cigars.
The guide also covered the history of Key West, which was a plus for my first visit to this island.
We all had the chance to practice one of the steps of cigar making and save ours to smoke in a few months!
The tour ends in the cigar cellar where the guide will help you make a selection appropriate to your tastes. Don't be surprised if you weren't planning on buying one, you don't have to.
For my part, I brought back 2 beautiful boxes that I do not regret in any way and whose quality I appreciate for the inexpensive price paid!
