Had my labs done here in Key West ! Kelley was the tech and by far she was the best. I ever had ! I get labs done every 3 months for a heart transplant I received over 25 years ago . Great Job Quest !

My dr told me to drop off my sample with his orders i walk in there lady takes me to the back. Then tells me to just mail it in after i was toldTo drop-off there she just didn't want to deal with oit. Waste of my time poor service

I would definitely recommend this Quest for blood work. Brandon was the tech who performed my blood work and he was awesome. I was feeling anxious because I hate needles, but he made me feel comfortable and made me laugh which definitely eased some of that anxiety. It was a very quick and easy experience!

Quest at 2800 N Roosevelt has an awesome staff. Brandon made me feel comfortable and had me out of there fast. They are very professional and I highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend again. I made an appointment by phone and came in. I have a phobia of needles and pass out nearly every time. I was accommodated for and placed in a room with a pass out safe chair, lol! I came in for my 3 hour blood glucose test and I was treated very well. The sign in process was easy. Brandon was my phlebotomist and was actually super kind and supportive!! Susan is another woman I met who helped me, she was so sweet . I'm grateful for such kind service.*EDIT LOL* I nearly passed out from the spike in blood sugar and I was taken back and helped so I didn't pass out. They really do the most here omg I recommend this place for sure.

I made my appointment online for a Wednesday at 10:30. When I arrived, a few "walk-in" clients informed me there was only one person on staff that day. I expected a long wait, but I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. The solo staff member, Susan, was friendly, efficient and very courteous to me and the waiting walk-ins. And she was Excellent at her job - I hardly felt a thing when she drew blood. Great job!!

Excellent service. Very professional person. Hard to find a phone number of Quest customer service to find out what happened with the results from 2 weeks ago, my doctor has not received them yet.
