The staff is professional and friendly. I've been a customer in 2 different pharmacies in town and nobody has offered such a good customer service as the one they provide in here.

I work for a local organization and frequently purchase food platters from the Keys Plaza Publix deli and bakery for events. I recently placed a large order (over 22 platters) only to find out the day of that I ordered it on the wrong day, I was scheduled to pick it up on Friday and my event was on Thursday! Major panic set in and I called to speak with the person in charge. Meredith Morales, the deli manager got on the phone and listened to my dilemma as I "dramatically" conveyed my problem. She and the manager of the bakery, Luna, rallied their teams to put together all of my bakery platters and almost all of the deli platters only skipping those they did not have the supplies for, wow! They are amazing and I appreciate them going the extra mile to help a local organization in need!

horrible experience with the assister manager matt never before see a manager of any business yelling the customer well this happened here with matt when i asked him for help to find a few thing in the pharmacy very dissatisfied with him definitely publix need better manager to take care all the customers this happened at publix in key west florida

Poor service at the pub sub sandwich bar. The female working today at lunch was rude and lacked serious customer service. Ordered a sandwich and she left out most of the items and seemed like we were burdening her. The men working the station were helpful and took care of us.

So I came to Key West from West NY, the land of Wegmans. Publix really doesn't compare to the grocery stores up north. But for KW it's great. We commute from Old Town, where the mom and pop grocery prices are exorbitant. They're a little better here. Cheaper and nicer than Wynn Dixie. Salad selection is way better than WD too. Prices are still crazy compared to mainland, but that's to be expected since everything is shipped in.

The laziest rudest women ever..CHANTELShe can't be bothered ..to do her job. Unbelievable and she insinuated I was shopping antibiotics or something, when Publix had messed up from the beginning and prevented me from getting a prescription for 5 days..out of their clerical error. ???????. NEVERMIND IS EAS FOR MY ?️....????????Lazy and Rude!

I ordered my WEDDING CAKE very far in advance from Key Plaza Publix. I paid in full prior to my WEDDING and even paid extra for delivery. the day of my WEDDING I received NO CAKE. My wedding planner called multiple times and Publix never made my WEDDING CAKE. terrible.

Very disappointed. Very high prices. The highest I paid for this salad and it's inedible. Had to throw away $6! Not happy. This should have never been out for purchase.

If you are driving into Key West from the mainland and make a right onto N Roosevelt Blvd, you will see a shopping center on the left with a Publix in it. This is the closest Publix to Old town, so if you want to load up on groceries at a mega box store, this is one of your chances.Most of the shopping for groceries in the Old Town area would be in smaller mom and pop stores or convenience stores.We stopped here to get some cookies, since I had a craving for cookies as we arrived in Key West. Like all Publix stores, this one is well lit, nicely organized and it was easy to find the items I wanted.Nice staff.

My favorite people can be found at this pharmacy. I know if I need a refill they get it done quickly. Always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Pharmacy has high quality generic prescription medications ? compared to other pharmacies. However people who works there has no manners what so ever! they cancelled my schedule II medication with no reason! which resulted in losing my job and extremely painful withdrawal symptoms. they also refuse to communicate with my doctor! I got a printed copy of my record & refill history. (side effects includes suicidal thoughts)!!!!! Please go to a pharmacy with stuff that cares about your life and know how important is their job! This pharmacy will definitely be sued by me and others.. read the rest of reviews! NO MANAGER TO SPEAK TO! JUST PURE HEALTH SUFFERING..
