The store is not a place to get fish; they always die the day after purchase. The Store knows they have this problem, and it is a pain to get a refund or to change the fish.

This pet shop encourages the creation of a new rating system that takes stars and turns them into negative numbers at their lowest.
I asked a lady where the bird feeders are. She pointed and I followed, but she took me to the dog walkers. If I could reach someone to explain where they are, I would. Instead, I’m calling the companies that are using that service and warning them it would be easier to simply point at the shelf with bird feeders. To everyone who's bad at working here please say, “ I’m so sorry for your loss”!

Always friendly staff, willing to answer questions. Go to pet store, except for boutique items...but stock of items is great for all pets...I've had a cat, a dog and rabbit in Key west and have always been able to find what I need there.

They had everything that any pet owner could need for. I would've liked to see a larger selection of tropical fish (I'm an enthusiast) but I also understand why that wouldn't be a priority in this location. Overall an amazing store!

One of the things my boyfriend and I like to do is go into pet stores in the places we travel to see what different cool stuff they have in the aquatics section.
This is one of the worst Pet Supermarkets we have been in. A lot of the fish were sick and dying. Looking at the bettas, which I love to do, just broke my heart. The four they had left were nose up trying to get air from the horrible water condition. It was insanely cloudy and had stuff growing in it.
When telling the worker at the front counter, the only person there, he said he would tell aquatics about it when they came in. What would have happened if we wanted something from aquatics? Would we have had to wait until they came in?! All employees should be trained on water maintenance. I wouldn’t be shocked if those bettas died that day.

They are selling sick animals they have a hamster that spins in circles in obvious pain it's been that way for two weeks . They allowed a lizard to almost die due to not taking it to a vet . They allowed the birds to pluck others bare and did not bother to sperate them and they are selling fish that are sick and those sick fish are killing customers fish after they bring them home . The place is filthy the lizards sit in dry cages when they should be moist where is peta when you need them ...they need to be shut down
