I went to buy a necklace. The price was marked $6.99. My total at register was $10.31. I inquired as to the tax rate in Key West as that seemed very high. The counter woman said that all the necklaces are $9.99 and there is a sign posted 2 years ago stating this. I bought the necklace anyway and went back to the rack. There was no sign anywhere. Be careful- they will rip you off.

Worst service i have ever witnessed. Walked in and asked how are you doing and was met with the lady at the register with the cracked lip letting us know we were annoying her on top of that when confronted refused to apologize and told us she just wanted to go home. Purchased 3 shirts which we wanted to return after the horrid customer service and were told no refunds only exchanges. Travelers beware, this is not the place for souvenirs, go to any other place unless your into being publicly berated

Horrendous customer service! The woman working the counter said we were “annoying” after asking “how are you.” After coming back she denied us a refund and said she wanted to go home and that’s why she was rude! Never been treated with such disrespect and will never be shopping here again! Avoid this shop at all costs!

Woman behind counter was extremely rude!! She told me the way I said “how are you” was annoying and that I shouldn’t say it “like that”. Will not be shopping here again. Refused refund and did not take responsibility for her poor customer service.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Avoid this place at all costs!!!I would’ve given 0 star here if I could. The lady at the counter was super rude and arrogant. She had no manners whatsoever. Didn’t even have the decency to talk properly to anyone let alone the customers. Asked her where the trial room was and she talked to us as if we were wasting her time and had better things to do! Had I known earlier, I wouldn’t have come here! When we got to the counter she says they only accept cash, didn’t bother to put a ‘only cash’ sign in place and once we said we didn’t carry cash and could pay by card as we’re tourists, she goes on to bluntly ask us to just leave, “Ok then bye!!” is what she said. Rolled her eyes and then has the audacity to ask us to put all the clothes we were going to buy back on racks in their place. Ruined my mood the entire day! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! Horrible customer service! Wish I had not come to this store! Writing this as I walk back to the hotel as I no longer want to do anything now.

Never been treated with such disrespect. We spent over $200 here and the lady working had the nerve to tell us to “hurry up cause she’s tired working” never ever coming back and wish I never spent my money here. If you don’t want customers, close your doors.

Tried to buy clothes, the worker was on the phone the entire time and when asked a question she answered quickly without helping us and went right back to her phone call. Plenty of places to buy in key west where people will help you.

Husband purchase a shirt here. Cashier was on the phone and barely acknowledge us. When we asked if they gave a firefighter's discount her answer was a bit curt and could have been taken as rude.
