From the moment I walked in , Alex made me feel comfortable and relaxed. No high pressure sales. Bought an emerald and a sapphire ring. Gorgeous pieces and each were sentimental. Worked with me on pricing and we honored the history and energy of each piece. Will definitely return with some older pieces from home!!! Thank you Alex!!!!

My son has been researching Rolex to purchase one and he found one in Key West at Pacific! The watch is gorgeous BUT the staff and store were amazing! Treated us all like royalty and they handled every one of his requests and needs very professionally and respectful. He left overwhelmed with joy and feeling like royalty! They toasted him with a complimentary drink to celebrate even. The jewelry was out of this world. May have to back to the Keys for them!

Absolutely wonderful service from Alex here! Came in with my fiancé and mother to find my fiancé a ring, and we were welcomed with open arms! Found the perfect ring for an amazing price!
