5 STARS BECAUSE OF TRACEY WISE!!
Frustrating process until speaking with Tracey Wise. Tracey was the only representative that was successful in providing any and all answers with our existing lease, confirming our new reservation and switching units. When I left a message for Tracey, she called me back promptly and went above and beyond to secure and complete all aspects of our transfer, including all necessary documentation.
As a Midgard tenant for several months, this process was extremely frustrating. Had it not been for Tracey Wise we would have taken our business elsewhere. Her patience and follow through was unmatched. Thank you Tracey for all of your work and thank you for being such a delight during our many phone calls! Midgard Storage is lucky to have you!!

They need a kiosk in the Virginia street express location @ 920 Virginia street key west fl.
I couldn’t get assistance unless I drove to another location which was not convenient. If I called another location in my area the person over the phone would suggest they couldn’t assist me. So, it left me with no immediate help. As I couldn’t get into the building due to an issue putting the code into the green box, etc.
Luckily there is a manager in the location but at another building and they contacted me over the phone. I appreciate they were available but it was not immediate assistance as I could have got if there was a kiosk at this location.
Otherwise I am overall happy with the service, price
, location, storage unit size and help I did receive from the workers.

It was a very difficult peocess booking- when I finally booked I called because of the special size I wanted popped up as available- I called mins following spoke to a young lasy that said a supervisor would call me. This was two days ago. Yesterday I get a message requesting paperwork- i shared I was srill wating for a resolution to my request to transfer- then it was said it wasn’t available.
All that just to not get a solution but a email to just cancel. I srill havent gotten my $400 back yet. From a unit we never even went to.

It did take two days for me to get an answer to my questions regarding billing but when I was finally contacted, all my questions were answered to my complete satisfaction. ??

Between the website dropping and completing with a phone call. Data between them didn’t synchronize. I was trying to get in between 5-6pm on the 5th, I finally did get in on the 6th late in the morning.
The staff at the facility rectified the problem, the storage unit was fine.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!! From the extreme filth to the fact that management is borderline criminal in the way they handle things, I highly recommend finding a different company to handle your storage needs. Before it was bought out, it was a great place and everyone loved it. I personally know 4 people who have found new arrangements to store their stuff and have spoke to several other people who have done the same. I only gave them one star bc I had to in order to post my review but they don’t even deserve the star at all in my honest opinion.

Horrible move in experience. Information was unclear on location, no attendant or map on where the unit is located. No lock code was sent and when provided didn’t work. It took over an hour just to access, that process shouldn’t be that hard

Someone isn’t management needs to return my calls & emails. You set me up with the wrong size unit & wont either give me the right size unit which is available or return my $$$!!! Horrible customer service. Help me!!

Edited after a 2 months of experience. When I signed up with this storage company end of May, storage was for free for one month. I requested a monthly debit order and that never happened from the company until I received messages from them regarding amount overdue on my account, even after I requested a debit order again which happened end of August I was over charged. Long story short. I was charged a total of $485.64. The rate is supposed to be $91.59 a month total of 183.18 at this point. When I requested the storage company for an invoice explaining the charges he was unprofessional and was shouting at me pretty much verbally abusive. This was on the 04th of august. Thereafter I proceeded to sent an email and text of notification of terminating contract and never got a respond on email or text. STAY AWAY from this company. I will never use Midgard storage facilities ever. At this point I’ll give zero stars if I could . ——————————————————————-I have booked storage with Midgard via phone call and the booking process was smooth. Going to storage facility was a nightmare, couldn’t access the storage even after making 4 calls to the company and speaking to different people, only to find out that the storage facility address on contract was the wrong address. Eventually Tim from Midgard text and gave correct address and instructions. Which is the only reason why I give 4 star. But because of this address misinformation, I still can’t access my storage on MyStorPal. The tech at Midgard needs saving, no one seem to know how fix this issue.

I have booked storage with Midgard via phone call and the booking process was smooth. Going to storage facility was a nightmare, couldn’t access the storage even after making 4 calls to the company and speaking to different people, only to find out that the storage facility address on contract was the wrong address.Eventually Tim from Midgard text and gave correct address and instructions. Which is the only reason why I give 4 star. But because of this address misinformation, I still can’t access my storage on MyStorPal. The tech at Midgard needs saving, no one seem to know how fix this issue.

Look no further, this is the most reasonably priced storage on the island. Jeri the manager, professional, courteous and one of the nicest people you'll meet in Key West.

We've had a storage space here for nearly a year. Easy to get in and out with generous entry hours. Always clean, and staff is very nice. Rates are much more reasonable than we expected! If you're looking for a storage space they have many different sizes to meet your needs. Highly recommend this location.
