Terrible cashier. Bad attitude. They think they are doing me a favor. Made me wait for him when no one in line. No election in store.

Seriously worst store ever! Call, says it is open, but open for online pick up orders only. Tried to do online order in parking lot and $10 delivery charge wouldn't come out of my cart. Call in store again. They tell me to call Home Depot to place order. I think they meant Office Depot. Called Office Depot, after finally getting through no way to put through an order unless we go though setting up an account first. I give up! I really wanted ink cartridge today, But guess I am forced to leave the Office Max parking lot in Key West and order from Amazon! Frustrating! Anyone else sell ink cartridges in Key West?

Horrible! Went to ship something and not 1 person knew how to do it! And we waited 30 mins to be told this. Harold "the manager " knew we were waiting and he did not tell us this! Avoid at all costs!

Came down for my honeymoon and not one of the televisions in the three rooms we stayed in had HDMI connections. Not the end of the world, not the first time we've encountered this issue, but my wife and I dragged 20 lbs. of gaming gear down with us in hopes of maybe streaming a bit as a surprise to the people of Twitch.tv. So I contact the store to ask if they have some connectors to aid in this venture. If non-commital customer service via phone is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place! Not only did the first person who answered the phone have no idea what an "electronics department" might be (regardless of how it's named in their store), this man then proceeded to inform me that he needed to know "what [I'm] looking for in the store". I assume the word "electronics" may have been outside of his vocabulary, so I stated that I needed help with audio/visual cables. I was promptly rerouted to the one person who might have actually SEEN a computer or an electronic device that wasn't a "personal massager". Upon receiving the most unflattering greeting I've heard in a while ("yeah, how can I help you?", in a tone best described as "the f*** you want?"), I informed the next gentleman that I was looking for an S-Video cable. The prompt response was "Naw, we don't have those in store, only online", to which I responded, "Well, that takes care of the second part of my question as well!" in a jovial tone. This must have been the cue I was unaware of to immediately hang up the phone without any follow-up or other questions regarding how this person could assist me, thus ending our conversation. It's the holiday season. People are stressed out, demanding, sometimes even outright rude or nasty. Having been none of the above, I thoroughly expected to have someone in the store at least make an ernest attempt to address my concerns. Instead I was greeted with a level of dismissal I thought was only capable at the DMV or maybe a fast food restaurant. I'll never set foot in the store for fear of being beaten with a surge protector (provided they're actually in the store and not just available online), but this must be the most wonderful time of the year to be a customer service representative on an island where a single electronics store can actually hold you by the short and curlies without any worry of corporate oversight or managerial repercussions. 5 out of 5 stars for the lowest common denominator of "service" I could have ever expected short of being shot by the police for helping an old lady across the street in rural Mississippi. Excellent work and a great memory to share over egg nog this Christmas! ¡Felicidades, pendejos!

Terrible customer service. Staff is untrained. Assistant manager is rude, arrogant, and has no idea of what she is doing. Cannot answer the simplest of questions, and gets upset when questioned. Insults customers, and consistently asserts that the manager is unavailable. Shopping here is not only a waste of time, but an insulting waste of time. The store has been terrible for years, and it appears that corporate management could care less. No wonder this store gets such bad reviews.

Over the last two visits, my experience has been less than acceptable. The first visit was to receive a fax that was being sent to me and the person behind the counter stated that no fax was received and the they had been experiencing issues with a number of their machines in the copy center, Even though the sender has a confirmation sheet that the fax was sent and received successfully, no fax on the store's end. The store manager was of no help either and seemed to have the attitude that he did not want to be bothered with this issue. On the second visit, I needed to get some printer ink. Talk about bare shelves!!!! Old mother Hubbard's cupboard was probably better stocked. I did not ask for manager based on previous experience. Time to begin getting my office supplies online from other vendors.

I needed help printing a poster for an upcoming event. The staff was short handed but Ybe took special interest and made the poster work for me, even though the program I was using to create the poster was not compatible with the system at the store. Ybe really saved the day! Thank you.

This location continues to have systemic problems retaining campatent staff. From the top store manager down, no one that is sharp stays very long. Apparently, the pay scale is based on mainland rates, no where near a living wage in the Keys. Since there is no direct compatition, I am forced to continue to shop there. Be prepared for repeated disappointment.

This store has horrible customer service. They lost my FedEx overnight express package. They do not respond to requests over the phone. When I asked to speak to a manager she put me on indefinite hold. If you have to ship packages go to FedEx shipping center directly not to the store. Be forewarned.

This store has a decent location and the service has always been great. The people who work there always smile when i ask a question and they are very helpful. The store is clean but I do wish they had a higher selection of materials, but its great for what it has. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs office supplies in a quick and efficient manner.
