I have been living at Ocean Walk apartments since the beginning of August and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Stefanie and Dylan have always been super friendly and helpful with anything I’ve needed. The maintenance team, under the supervision of the new supervisor, Logan, has also been super helpful and very responsive to any issues that have occurred. The grounds are well maintained and the amenities, such as the pool and recreational areas are always clean and accessible. I highly recommend Ocean Walk apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

I went in yesterday to inquire about renting an apartment. Dylan was amazing! He was so friendly and helpful, he even helped me by walking me through the application process. Dylan was even able to show me a sample apartment which is located right there in the leasing office. It also looks like they have updated the complex and are continuously to make needed updates. I am excited and looking forward to moving in.

I can’t speak highly enough about the working relationship with Ocean Walk apartments . I am the Director of Operations for X-Mill Inc and X-Stream power washing . We have worked closely with this property for over 3 years and everyone is so helpful and thankful. Stefanie is easy to work with and always communicates effectively and her organizational skills are shown in the way her staff communicates with my team . I have witnessed multiple positive changes in the property and look forward to the future changes.

The staff at Ocean Walk Apartments is exceptional, always friendly and dedicated to keeping the community in top shape. The recent improvements to the pool and tennis courts have really enhanced the experience, showing the management’s commitment to continuous upgrades. The maintenance team is also quick to address any issues, keeping the property well-maintained. Overall, Ocean Walk Apartments is a fantastic place with a great atmosphere.

I’ve been extremely happy living here. The staff is always helpful and I love living here in key west. Far enough from them partying but still close enough when friends are in town.

We moved in a few months ago, by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in, in key west. I’ve recently noticed they hired some new maintenance guys and they are great. Everyone on the staff has been so helpful making our move and living here enjoyable and easy.

We went in today to inquire about an apartment. Bailey was fantastic!! So friendly and helpful. And super cool that they have a sample apartment right there in the leasing office for you to check out. We are excited to move in and make Oceanwalk our new home ❤️ ps if you see old bad reviews, they’ve really done a lot to update this complex in the last couple years.

Apartment hallways are dirty. Outside parking areas are not maintained. Requests from office staff are rarely answered (2 out of 3 bedrooms never got closet doors when asked for for 2 years) For the price these apartments are, you would expect much nicer facilities.

Waiting for plumbing since yesterday. Maintenance stop answer call. Water keeps coming.
Sunday is over by all day removing water. Office and maintenance dont care.

Apartments need actual maintenance not cosmetic cover ups. Whole building have roach infestation. They get kickbacks for towing residents/guest vehicles. Leasing office will lie straight to your face "i don't know of any roach problems" dude they are running around the hallways openly.

Rip off!!! Everybody who move in should take pictures of the condition. They should request to see the premove-in inspection list. Place has so many bad reviews and this is one of the worst places in Key West. Please never move in ???

Moved out November and it’s already February and still haven’t received my security deposit back. I’ve called numerous times and every time I’ve been told they need to call accounting and see what’s going on. They supposedly “reissued” a check about 2 maybe 3 times and still no check has arrived in the mail. I did receive the itemized bill about 3 wks after moving out, so they’ll gladly take your money but take forever to return your money. Also they stopped taking my calls so I had to have my mom call the office and they said it’s cause they were busy, mind you I called through out the whole day. Now being informed that it’s going to take another 30-35 days for another reissued check to arrive. If this was me paying late rent they would’ve kicked me out and have made me pay a lot in fees. Do not rent here, unless you’re ok with not receiving your money back 3+ months after moving out.

This Apartments sucks!!!!they have a the dirtiest Laundry room first of all and washers even worse! For example north side building has a 7 washers and only 3 works !!! there is a big line of people.they charge us for per washing 3$ and for dry machine 3$ as well! it’s ridiculous!Also, there is building East one elevator which is out of order almost 2 years! steps are dirty, there are lots of cockroaches because of the huge trash bunker in the building. very slow service, and sometimes no service at all. and price? it’s raising up every year! for what? We don’t get it!I hope someone from the Head office read this review and they will try to do something about. we need more pleasant people at the office, we need service at least! we need to feel that someone is taking care of our appointments and all are around us. thats why we pay for it!

My parents were applying for an apartment and it so happens that the application fee was $381. We really didn't even have that money. When they applied, the email and phone number was to my father. My mom didn't put her phone number on the application, yet they "claimed" to have called her. From where?? Then they had the audacity to change our information and not contact us when the said we'd get an email or phone number and kept our $381. btw The email was gmail we use Hotmail and Yahoo sooo.... who's information was on our application. don't apply here unless you want your money taken.
