wow, a jewelry store with real jewelers on site who know what they're doing!! they have one of the best hand-made gold charm and pendant collections I've ever seen. also stunning coin pendants, chains, and jemstones! Jan custom made a piece and it was perfect! prices were very fair and quality superior to any other store in Key West

20+ years ago my husband purchased a beautiful conch shell piece from Neptune Designs. Fast forward I visited the store looking for a new chain. Kim, an associate, showed me several options. I did not make a purchase at that visit. My daughter-in-law's mother was with me and relayed to my DIL that I admired one necklace in particular but she didn't know exactly which one. Long story short my DIL contacted the store and they figured out it was Kim who met with me. Kim was off that day but Neptune reached out to her and she remembered me along with the specific necklace. What a beautiful surprise to receive it as a gift purchased by my son and daughter-in-law. I wear it every day. The quality of their goods is excellent and the service is outstanding. I am a highly satisfied customer for life! Thank you Neptune Designs and Kim!

Lovely customer service but we went there just for resizing my wife ring and they completely erase the customized engraving, plus they change the shank of the ring, I was told they will call me back for do it again for free some day, no thanks.

Horrible non-responsive customer service. My earrings lost a stone shortly after purchase so I sent them in for repair. They sent them back repaired with a $20 bill to partially credit my shipping and insurance. A few months later, they lost more stones (emeralds and diamonds). I called and was told they would replace the earring so I mailed it in. They called several weeks later and said they were waiting on a stone and had decided to fix instead of replace. They sent the earring back supposedly repaired, but this time with no return shipping reimbursement. I only wear these earrings on special occasions and noticed that another emerald is now missing. So that makes 3 times the earring have defected which is ridiculous to me. I have emailed the email on their website 3 times over the last 3 days with a photo with no response. In fact it comes back saying "return from sender". I messaged them directly through Facebook and can see they have read the message, but have not responded.

This is where you go to get a custom piece done, 100%! My wife and I went all over town to get our wedding rings made and Jay helped bring our vision to life! Not to mention, everyone else in there helped facilitate the creation in one way or another. And all with a smile on their face. Such a wonderful team of people.

My husband purchased my wedding ring here. We had wonderful service when we bought it a few years ago. I lost a very small diamond and called them because we will be in Key West soon. The lady who answered was more than helpful. I might need another piece of jewelry from this store.

I can't say enough great things about Jeni and the rest of the staff. They were absolutely AMAZING, I had to replace my daughters' rings that I bought 3+ years ago and they knew what type of rings they had called the distributor(only 3 left) and was able to get me the rings shipped to PA in time for Christmas. Just truly genuine people. My daughters will be truly surprised on Christmas! Thank YOU!

Just went in to look around and left with not one but TWO beautiful pendants. Neptune Designs is owned by Jay and Carmenza. They have been in business here in the heart of Key West for 45 years. Jay does a lot of his own custom designs, one of which I now own. If you're in the area I would highly recommend that you stop in.
